"Human-Centered, Responsive Team That Exceeds Expectations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HappyScribe?

Their human touch and responsiveness to new ideas. Happyscribe is an AI company that understands humans. I feel like we are in a truly collborative realationship. That is special. I have suggested several improvements that could be made to their user interface, and they have come through with improvements that exceeded my expectations. Specifically around the Glossary functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HappyScribe?

The Human-powered transcription and translation is expensive. Sometimes the quality is a little lower than expected, but HappyScribe always makes it right in the end. I believe this issue will be improved in the short term. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Simon of HappyScribe

This is lovely to read, thank you.

The collaborative side is something we care a lot about, so hearing that the relationship feels that way, and that the Glossary changes landed well, genuinely makes our week. Please keep the ideas coming, they're a big part of how the product gets better.

On the human-powered transcription and translation: you're right that it costs more, and the quality should hold up every time, not just get put right afterwards. That's fair feedback and we take it seriously.

Really glad HappyScribe is helping with the language and culture gap across your teams around the world. That's exactly the kind of problem we want to be useful for.

"Efficient Transcription, Smart Summaries, and Seamless Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HappyScribe?

I love this platform for its ability to do transcription of content files effectively and efficiently. Other than this, This platform is also really useful in keeping records of online meetings. I love this platform as we can add subtitles too using this platform. The scheduling of meetings can also be done faster and effectively using this platform. The AI of this platform is also powerful in analyzing the recording or even transcription of the whole recording efficiently. It can also easily summarize contents of the recording and even question can be ask on the content. I love the capability of this platform to integrate well with Google Drive, Dropbox. Zapier, Youtube etc.. I love the user friendly interface of this platform. The onboarding of this platform was comfortably fast. I feel that the performance of this platform is also reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HappyScribe?

I love most part of this platform but I wish that the pricing of this platform was more moderate. Other than this, I also wish that there was more integration tools available for this platform. The mobile app doesn't feel as powerful as the desktop web version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent transcription services and close partners of our company"
5/5
What do you like best about HappyScribe?

First and foremost, the quality of transcription—both AI and human—is fantastic. HappyScribe also has excellent employees who are committed to helping us succeed; they are responsive and hardworking and meet with us regularly. They are superior to other competitors we have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HappyScribe?

The platform is always evolving and improving, and while some features don't hit the mark, HappyScribe takes feedback and makes the appropriate changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Simon of HappyScribe

Thank you, this means a lot. Hearing that both our AI and human transcription hold up on hour-long interviews, and that we come out ahead of the competitors you've used, is about the best feedback we could ask for. I'll make sure the team sees this.

You put it well on the features front. Not everything lands first time, but hearing what isn't working and acting on it is the part we care most about, so please keep telling us.

Really glad the mix of AI and human is cutting down your cleaning time. That's exactly what pairing the two is for.

"Huge Time-Saving Tool for Executive Project Coordination, with Seamless AI Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about HappyScribe?

I like that HappyScribe can summarize my meetings and allow me to tag them for better reporting, research and strategizing and creating my slides. The integration with Claude makes it easier to combine my notes and work with tools effectively, saving me hours of work. The ability to translate my meetings from French or English is very helpful, especially as a project coordinator with ten years of experience. The cloud integration is also great because it makes everything I'm doing more seamless. I also find the initial setup to be extremely easy, with no problems at all. It also conforms to GDPR regulations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HappyScribe?

I find it challenging that I cannot efficiently search meeting notes. It would be great to be able to organise notes into folders, but currently it takes me some time to track down where a strategy was discussed. While I can search my chats, it's not as efficient as having folders would be. I would also love it if it could allow me to access the meeting notes during the meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Simon of HappyScribe

Thank you, Amina, this is a brilliant read.

The way you're stringing meetings together into concept papers, pre-reads and slides, and switching between Sonnet and Opus depending on the meeting, is one of the best uses of the Claude integration I've seen. Glad the French and English translation and the GDPR side are pulling their weight too.

Good news on organizing notes: you can preselect which folder your notes land in for scheduled Notetaker meetings, and for recordings from the mobile app and web recorder. The one gap is when you send the Notetaker to an online meeting on the fly with no calendar event, that option isn't there yet, but I've logged it. The folder support should already make it quicker to track down where a strategy was discussed.

Accessing notes live during a meeting isn't something we do today and it's not on our near-term plans, but I can see why you'd want it given how you work, so I've logged that one too.

Thanks for taking the time to lay all this out.

"Quick and Quality Transcriptions with Details to Improve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HappyScribe?

I like the speed with which HappyScribe performs the transcription and the high quality of the result, even without human supervision. I also value the export possibilities, as it offers different formats like doc and PDF, in addition to allowing the final text to be displayed with or without timestamps. It is a very good tool. The initial setup was very simple, everything is well explained, which made it easy from the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HappyScribe?

Frequently, when I transcribe interviews or videos where there is more than one speaker, it often doesn't accurately capture who is speaking. So, I often have to manually modify the speakers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best transcription service I've found, great UX and responsive support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HappyScribe?

The product has great UX. The transcription performance is the best out of the different services I've tested (Fireflies, Fathom, Gemini). The pricing is good for teams. And Support is responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HappyScribe?

Not much. I've had some small bugs but this is the case for most products and the team are approachable and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Simon of HappyScribe

Thanks, this is great to hear. Beating the tools you compared us against on transcription quality is the part we're proudest of, so knowing it held up across your testing means a lot. Glad the pricing works for your team and that support has been there when you needed them.

The small bugs are worth flagging whenever they crop up, so please keep sending them our way, that's how they get fixed. Good to hear the EU data residency is landing well for your European clients too, it matters to a lot of the people we work with.

Thanks for choosing HappyScribe for your consultancy's calls.

"Streamlined Transcription with Impressive Accuracy"
4/5
What do you like best about HappyScribe?

I use HappyScribe mainly for transcribing audio and video into text along with meeting notes. It saves a lot of my time by creating accurate transcripts that are easy to edit for MOMs. The interface is simple to use, and the overall workflow becomes very efficient, making it useful for my daily use. Its accuracy significantly reduces the time I spend correcting transcripts for my meetings. It's fast, which helps me get the transcripts very quickly once the meeting is over. I like the accuracy, ease of use, and speed of the tool the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Transcription, Exceptional Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HappyScribe?

I love the ease of use of HappyScribe. The interface has been quite helpful, and it's nice to know what it's capable of. The turnaround time is amazing, taking just about five minutes for a typical transcript, which allows us to quickly pass it on to our team to review. Additionally, the support has been really great, always responsive and quick to help us out or make changes we can't do on our own. The initial setup was very easy, and the ability to add glossaries has been helpful. I also appreciate the feature that allows us to create shared links, which is really helpful. Overall, HappyScribe has exceeded our expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HappyScribe?

It would be better if there was the option to highlight any uncertain AI transcription in the editor instead of always inserting its best guess. Sometimes a recording can cut out or drop in quality and the AI will always put something in, even if that section is generally inaudible. Highlighting sections of lower confidence would be really helpful to more easily scan and correct any minor errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Simon of HappyScribe

Thank you, this is wonderful to read. The five-minute turnaround and easy setup were big things for us to get right, so it's great they're paying off for your team, and good to hear the glossaries and shared links are useful too.

On your point about uncertain sections: being able to see at a glance where a recording dropped in quality, so you can jump straight to those spots on a review pass, is a smart idea. I've passed it to our product team as genuinely useful feedback.

Thanks again for the detail here, and for making HappyScribe the first step in your workflow.

"Essential Tool for Accurate Multilingual Transcriptions"
5/5
What do you like best about HappyScribe?

I use HappyScribe for all my meetings to record the sessions, take notes, get summaries, and have everything connected with their MCP in my Claude account. I love that the transcriptions in my language (Bulgarian) are accurate and save me a lot of time. Most of my meetings are in Bulgarian, so that was a crucial factor when selecting such a tool. The ease of use of HappyScribe makes it way better compared to other options. The initial setup was really easy, which I appreciate. Overall, it's a really good software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HappyScribe?

I'm not sure if copying individual lines from the transcript is a paid functionality, and because of this, I have to write them manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time-Saving AI with Language Support"
5/5
What do you like best about HappyScribe?

I use HappyScribe mainly for meeting minutes. It saves time and automates workflows for me. I really like the support for a lot of languages, and the AI and MCP integration is great. The integrated AI can work with transcripts and prepare minutes and to-dos, and MCP can be used to integrate this into the company IT infrastructure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HappyScribe?

Now it is mainly speaker recognition. There is no link now between a voice and person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Simon of HappyScribe

Thanks for this, Branislav.

Meeting minutes and to-dos straight from the transcript is exactly what we hoped that workflow would do, so it's great to hear it's saving you time, and that the language support and MCP integration are pulling their weight in your setup.

On speaker recognition: you've put your finger on it. Right now there's no persistent link between a voice and a specific person, and that's something we're actively working towards. I can't promise a date yet, but it's on the roadmap.

Thanks for taking the time to write this up, and for building HappyScribe into your company's AI infrastructure.
