If I could critque anything it would be not being able to assign workspaces as part of a focus session and not being able to screenshot with a time stamp of student activity in current screens. I find you can do that in snaps but it doesn't pick up all unusal activity. If there was a feature that allowed the teacher to red flag screens that would help the effectiveness of student accountability and I feel reduce teachers need to sit behind the screen acting like the internet watchdog. I like the fact I can create & set work for my students and link it in one place so they know where to find their work. I can differentiate without others knowing. I can keep an eye on what my students are doing and redirect them as required and offer feedback when I see they are going wrong. Students are able to work on their work even when they are away from school. If I am away I know my students know where to go and what to do with all the resources they need to support them in one place, making it easy for whoever comes in to cover just to supervise. Hapara is a web-based program with Google, so when students use their Chromebooks, we can only see programs based on the web.
