I like the interactiveness of GovWin IQ, which allows me to search specific government contracts or RFQs or solicitations based on our company's goals and what we're trying to do with the government. This feature is incredibly useful for aligning our objectives with available opportunities. Additionally, I appreciate the seamless integration of GovWin IQ with Costpoint, which is a game changer for our software needs. This integration enhances our workflow by connecting our business development process directly with our financial systems, making our operations more efficient. The ability to see notes for each opportunity in GovWin IQ is cumbersome, as I have to click into opportunities to view notes. A hover feature that allows viewing notes without clicking would greatly enhance usability. Additionally, the initial setup was more challenging than necessary, particularly the integration process, which felt lengthy.
