Glassfy provides a clear and easy path for setup phase. And the online help documentation is usefull if necessary. **What do you dislike about Glassfy?** Free plan offers limited functions.. but it is free.. so I shouldn't complain. **What problems is Glassfy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Glassfy help me unifying the subscription process for android and iOS. Integrated to my app, the Glassfy sdk allows call to subscriptions names, tarifs, etc without having to know on which device the app will be used. ### 3. The guides are also very clear. Used Ionic, no problem. I will also try with native Android. **What do you dislike about Glassfy?** at the moment I have not encountered any problems using glassfy **What problems is Glassfy solving and how is that benefiting you?** The old library was now deprecated and Google did not allow app updates, with Glassfy I solved the problem in a simple and effective way. The usage of Apple's API is convoluted and you need to have your own backend to approve the subscriptions (I still don't get why it's needed from the security standpoint). Glassfy works as your subscription's backend solution, the API integration is straightforward, it's quite flexible and it provides some basic dashboard functionality and analytics. Most of all it's free while I'm a small startup. **What do you dislike about Glassfy?** Some bugs occurred during the usage and there were times when the dashboard wasn't responding. Though these are just little annoyances and nothing important. **What problems is Glassfy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Glassfy provides you app-subscription backend so you don't have to write your own. ### 6. For instance, they are the only ones to let you combine licenses and subscriptions in a unified platform. **What do you dislike about Glassfy?** The occasional typos in their developer doc, but easily compensated by a very responsive support. Dashboard could be improved to list all of my users, not just my subscribers, but they told me it's a feature coming soon. **What problems is Glassfy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Let's take promo codes: a marketer must to invite people to try your product and push marketing actions. Apple will let you have them, but they only work on Apple. When you have a cross-platform app (iOS, web, Android), you need something else. Glassfy just offers that.
