"GetAccept: a daily productivity accelerator"
5/5
What do you like best about GetAccept?

I am very satisfied with the use of GetAccept since its implementation at Cision. This tool quickly established itself as a true productivity lever on a daily basis, especially in the context of my client interactions. The Deal Room feature is particularly relevant and intuitive, allowing me to centralize all elements related to a meeting in a single space accessible to my clients. I particularly appreciate:

✅ The automated report, which represents a considerable time saver after each meeting

✅ The simplified provision of documents (quotes, sales brochures, video tutorials...), offering a smooth and professional experience to my clients

✅ The visibility on client interactions, thanks to tracking features, which allow for a better understanding of engagement and to adapt my follow-ups in a relevant manner

Beyond the time savings, GetAccept helps structure my commercial follow-ups, enhance the quality of my exchanges, and professionalize the client experience. In summary, it is a tool I use daily and that brings real added value to my role as a Customer Success Manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetAccept?

At this stage, I have not identified any major negative points in my use of GetAccept. The tool fully meets my daily needs, and the features offered, particularly around Deal Rooms, are both intuitive and effective. So far, my experience has been very positive. "GetAccept: A Game-Changer for Centralizing Sales Ops with HubSpot"
5/5
What do you like best about GetAccept?

GetAccept is a game-changer and an essential foundation for structuring a sales organization. The tool is fully integrated with our HubSpot CRM, providing a single source of information to centralize sales operations.

This solution has been a key component, a central building block, in the transformation of Doinsport’s sales organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetAccept?

The initial setup isn't always straightforward; there could be room for improvement in the product's UI/UX. But the support team was helpful in getting me started. Once it's up and running, everything works smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"GetAccept Speeds Up Sales with Smart E-Signing, Tracking, and HubSpot Sync"
5/5
What do you like best about GetAccept?

GetAccept has made our sales process noticeably faster. The best part is the combination of e-signing, document tracking, and the built-in engagement data that shows exactly when and how long a recipient has viewed a proposal. That gives reps a real timing signal for follow-up.

The HubSpot integration is solid. deals, contacts, and document status sync cleanly, so we avoid manual double-work. Templates and the content library save us a lot of time on repetitive proposals, and the interface is intuitive enough that new users get up to speed quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetAccept?

The initial setup of templates and field mapping takes some patience, especially if you want everything to play perfectly with an existing CRM setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy and efficient document signing platform"
5/5
What do you like best about GetAccept?

One thing I like most about GetAccept is how easy it makes the whole document signing process, both for us internally and for customers. It’s straightforward to create, send, and track documents in one place, which saves a lot of time compared to handling everything manually. I also like the visibility it gives us, like seeing when a customer has opened or reviewed a document, because it helps with follow-ups and keeps the process moving faster. The integrations and overall user experience have made onboarding and daily use pretty smooth as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetAccept?

Honestly, there’s not much I dislike about GetAccept. Overall it has worked well for our needs and has been easy to use. If I had to mention something, there are occasional small usability things that could be improved to make certain workflows a bit faster, but nothing that has had a major impact on our experience. "Flexible Document Customization and Deeper Visibility Into Customer Interactions"
5/5
What do you like best about GetAccept?

I really appreciate the flexibility in document customization, along with how well it connects to our system. The live environment and the added visibility into customer interactions are amazing improvements compared with what we had previously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetAccept?

Nothing system-related. There are a few small things I’d like to be able to customize, such as symbols and unit placement, but nothing that takes away from the system’s overall usability or performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Onboarding, Helpful Team, and a Clean, Reliable Dashboard"
5/5
What do you like best about GetAccept?

What I like best about GetAccept is how seamless the whole experience feels. The onboarding process is straightforward and well-supported, making it easy to get up and running quickly without unnecessary friction. Their team is also incredibly helpful (especially Sophia and Chanelle!). Any queries are handled promptly and helpfully, which makes a real difference when you’re working at pace.

The dashboard itself is another standout feature. It’s clean, user-friendly, and gives clear visibility, so everything you need is easy to find and manage. As we get closer to rolling out to the rest of our team, it's clear that GetAccept is reliable platform that just works, which is exactly what you want from a tool that will be used everyday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetAccept?

We’ve genuinely not encountered any downsides so far. The platform has been consistently smooth, reliable, and easy to use throughout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Offer Management with Seamless CRM Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about GetAccept?

I find GetAccept very easy to use, which really stands out to me. I also appreciate the integration between Lime and GetAccept, since it pulls in personal client information ahead of time and saves me time. The initial setup was smooth as well, and overall it was straightforward to get started. The signing feature online is very nice to have. Easy chat function with customers to update offers. like the different pre saved documents for different bookings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetAccept?

Maybe improve things when structuring the offers. I don’t like that the Remove Box tab appears under the view, so you have to scroll just to click it. Also, the text in the boxes lags sometimes, and you can’t type new text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and Efficient Document Management"
5/5
What do you like best about GetAccept?

I find GetAccept easier to use than Scrive, which is great for signing documents and tracking contracts. The platform's ease of use stands out to me. I really like the contract editing feature because it's very intuitive to edit contracts directly without needing to switch back to Word or PDF. This capability to make last-minute changes and send for signature immediately saves me a lot of time. The initial setup with GetAccept was also very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetAccept?

Sometimes the interface feels a bit cluttered and navigation could be more intuitive. It can be hard to find specific settings since they're spread across different menus. A more unified settings panel or a search function within the app would make it faster to navigate, especially for new users. Searching for new users that are flagged with "*****" stars is also very annoying, as the search doesn't work like intended in these scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Digital Sales Room took our sales process to the next level"
4.5/5
What do you like best about GetAccept?

We have used GetAccept for our contracts for many years now and that has always worked like a charm but the true power for my daily work lies in another use case. Before GetAccept released the Dealroom feature, we used to send all documents and information via mail or individual links to PDFs. Now, we can collect everything from materials, summaries, videos, and offers in one place as a mini website and allow for interaction with our contacts. This truly took our process to the next level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetAccept?

Sometimes it can be challenging to get stakeholders engaged in the Dealroom. But this is not so much a GetAccept issue and more a maturity level of certain stakeholders who are not used to working like this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Crucial for Streamlining Contracts & Meeting Notes"
4.5/5
What do you like best about GetAccept?

I like how GetAccept is a crucial or valuable part for us in managing contracts, meeting notes, and offers. It's great that Shareon can share meeting notes with colleagues and see which part they are more interested in. I think it's a legit source, which is super important for aligning with customers and ensuring they follow-up on meeting notes. It's quite easy to drop balls in sales, but GetAccept helps us avoid that part. Also, their customer success or salesperson team is really eager to understand our needs and help us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetAccept?

Some companies can't open the documents, which is something to fix. Also, there can be small bugs sometimes. While integration with Salesforce is crucial, it's not working exactly as we want it to. It would be better if we could text everything in Salesforce directly. Initial implementation was a bit of a challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
