The license policy should be change to disable the whole organisation to view even processes, which are under discussuion throughout the whole organisation.

To achieve this the License "Viewer" should be able to view diagrams in draft status, at least by enter the URL of the draft. This allows to directly share a draft with numerous recipients prior to publishing company-wide, leading to a high acceptance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to link URLs and business links to Activities and Artefacts means that the BIC platform can act more like key hub for your business documentation and not simply a support tool. The Attribute sections that allow you to tag and search keywords provide greater confidence to identify impacted processes when a role or system in your business may change.

The ability to add or remove space from the maps is far superior to other products on the market I have used before. Perfect for those elicitation workshops when someone remembers an extra step back in the process.

The workflow system provides a clear outline of individual processes moving through the review process - but opportunities to enhance this visually via KanBan-style dashboards would provide greater alignment with business needs.

Much more than process designing but execution of process i.e. secure handling of e.g. operating processes. This strengthen our internal controll system extraordanary. And the link from process design to GRC saves us from double work and ensures a consistent level of quality from process design through to risk management and information! security management. 1. There are still a number of user-friendliness aspect to improve on: opening a subprocess to another window or tab (if you are accessing the subprocess from a process and not from the explorer), connectors are fussy and a bit hard to align at times

2. Some glitches such as:

> reverting the swimlane color to its default even if I have changed it intentionally, it would revert to default color after checking in the map

> it's showing to be locked by the last user even if it's already checked in, so have to check out and back in again

• The ease of use of use to create business process flow charts via quick-modeler, table-based modeler and drag and drop

• The process governance workflows for process review and approval: email notification, resubmission workflows, versioning, archiving, model comparison, working/ preview and publication environment

• The collaboration portal for the end user enables non-experts to view processes, comment processes, create dedicated dashboards, print, search, navigate.

• Process Execution capabilities automatically generate executable workflows. Users are guided through processes with digital checklists and directly execute their tasks in the system

Simple and intuitive. You quickly find your way around and can model your first processes directly through the support in the tool.
