"A great tool to understand the profitability of your game"
4/5
What do you like best about GameAnalytics?

It's clarity of data visualization and how it clearly shows the retention and playtime numbers. I also love the funnels using which you can analyze in depth Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GameAnalytics?

I don't like the fact that tracking custom events is hard and it takes a lot of understanding to get a little out of it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A really good analytics tool for games"
4.5/5
What do you like best about GameAnalytics?

First of all, it is free; then it has everything that you can need for analyzing the data for a game (like graphics, funnels, cohorts and now with a beta of segments) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GameAnalytics?

This tool doesn't suit for games with a large amount of users (it has a limit of 100,000 events per day per game).

It only has events for Android and iOS, other platforms are not directly compatible (although you can trick it by adding your custom events).

It doesn't have other features that paid tools have (for example A/B testing). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Not a bad free solution"
3/5
What do you like best about GameAnalytics?

The cost is very reasonable (free) but with free you may not get the support you need right away. So expect the tools to be buggy, especially around analysis and they seem to be migrating a lot of their tech so some things will not work each day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GameAnalytics?

You kind of get what you pay for, so if you're okay with more DIY style and going through on trying to figure some things out then it's not a bad choice. Community and support is hit or miss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Interactive analytics tool"
4/5
What do you like best about GameAnalytics?

It allows us to manage our apps easily.

A fully loaded dashboard is the highlight of this tool, and It provides user management capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GameAnalytics?

The dashboard is an advantage for this tool but also a disadvantage for some cases. People easily keep out of track because there is vast data loaded up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
