"Fullbay Keeps Shop Operations Organized and Streamlines Data Entry"
5/5
What do you like best about Fullbay?

I’ve been using Fullbay mainly for data entry and overall, it’s been a solid tool for managing shop operations.

One thing I really like is how everything is organized in one place. Entering invoices, work orders, and customer information is pretty straightforward once you get used to the system. It definitely helps speed up the data entry process compared to doing things manually or across multiple platforms. The fact that it’s cloud-based also makes it easy to access from anywhere, which is super convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullbay?

I will say there is a bit of a learning curve at first. Some features can feel a little overwhelming, especially if you’re new to the system. At times, it can also feel a little slow depending on what you’re doing, but once you get familiar with it, it becomes much easier to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Matt Stone of Fullbay

Mariah, this is a great summary of what Fullbay is built to do. Having invoices, work orders, and customer info in one place instead of scattered across systems is the whole idea, and it's great to hear it's landing that way for you. The learning curve is real, but it sounds like you've hit your stride. Thanks for writing this up!

"Great for Service Orders and Time Tracking, but Too Many Steps and Refresh Issues"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Fullbay?

Fullbay has made it easy to create service orders for our techs and to keep track of the time spent on jobs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullbay?

There are somethings on the office side that take so many steps to get to one thing. The program tends to not refresh automatically for us so unless we refresh the browser, it does not refresh. Our techs have a hard time with entering in parts beacause there has been an ongoing issue with Fullbay automatically changing the part number to a completely different one. I have contacted support many times and have been told each time that they are aware and that is it just an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Matt Stone of Fullbay

Taylor, the positives you highlighted mean a lot, and the frustrations are equally important to us. Being told something is a known issue without a clear path to resolution isn't good enough. Please contact us at support@fullbay.com so we can follow up properly.

"Easy to Navigate with Quick, Helpful Support and Thorough Tutorials"
5/5
What do you like best about Fullbay?

It is easy to navigate, customer service is quick and extremely helpful, the tutorials are thorough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullbay?

The credit card fees are probably my least favorite due to the amount. It has been a few years since we utilized them though so they could be better now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Matt Stone of Fullbay

Thank you for the kind words about our support team and tutorials! It's great to hear that early issue got resolved quickly and that things have been smooth since.

"Data-Rich Diesel Shop Management Software"
5/5
What do you like best about Fullbay?

I appreciate Fullbay's extensive systems for managing customers, vehicles, techs, billable time, parts ordering, and inventory, which give us more data than we've ever had with any other software. I like having so much data available for making management decisions. It's also great that Fullbay continually improves and keeps up with technology, including by integrating AI as that develops in our world. I know that Fullbay is building the product to best serve their very diverse customers' needs, and being part of the customer advisory board is a privilege for us, giving us the opportunity to give feedback to the Fullbay decision makers. I value the specific reports Fullbay provides, like those on tech productivity, which help us assess where individuals are doing well and where the shop can improve as a whole. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullbay?

Sometimes I wish it ran faster, especially for larger reports that take a while to pull up. I wish I could build my own reports to select specific data I want to see and then sort within that report. I currently export to Excel to manipulate the data how I want, but being able to do it in Fullbay would be awesome. It felt like a steep learning curve to get up to speed with Fullbay software when we first started using it because there is so much going on in Fullbay, but any change is hard when, and it's possible the onboarding process has improved since we started using it nearly 5 years ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Matt Stone of Fullbay

This is one of the most thorough reviews we've gotten and it genuinely means a lot. The point about custom reporting is one we hear from power users especially, and it's on our list. Really glad the depth of data available has made a difference in how you run your shop, and honored to have you as part of the advisory board. Five years in and still going strong, that's what we're here for.

"Seamless Parts-to-Invoice Flow with Fullbay"
5/5
What do you like best about Fullbay?

I like the parts and service integration on the Service Order. I like that once a part is entered, it's information "follows through" to the invoice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullbay?

The only problem we have had with Fullbay is "slow processing" on large service orders with 20+ action items. The delay after a part entry is quite annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Matt Stone of Fullbay

Pat, that parts-following-through-to-invoice experience is one of our favorite things about the platform too. Appreciate you flagging the slowdown on larger service orders. Performance on high-volume jobs is something we take seriously and your feedback helps us prioritize.

"Easy and Simple Platform Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Fullbay?

I would like to provide some feedback regarding the platform's ease of use and simplicity. Currently, there are multiple paths to access the same features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullbay?

Currently, there are multiple paths to access the same features, which can be confusing. I suggest streamlining the interface to ensure a more direct and consistent user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Matt Stone of Fullbay

Christina, thanks for sharing this! The comparison to QuickBooks is one we hear often from shops that have made the switch. Your point about streamlining how features are accessed is well taken and something we're actively working to improve.

"User Friendly, Easy to Use Shop Management Program"
5/5
What do you like best about Fullbay?

The ease of use and accuracy (when used to it's potential) of record keeping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullbay?

When invoicing from an SO, the labour is grouped together despite the number of action items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Matt Stone of Fullbay

Dawne, thank you! Accuracy in record keeping is a big deal for shops your size, so it's great to hear Fullbay is delivering there. We hear you on the labor grouping when invoicing from a service order and will pass that along to the product team.

"Easy for Techs and Customers to Use"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Fullbay?

HOW EASY IT IS TO USE BOTH FOR THE TECH AND CUSTOMER Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullbay?

WHEN YOU FORGET TO CHECK SKIP DIAG AND THE GUYS ON THE FLOOR DONT CATCH IT AND THE JOB ISNT LISTED AS DONE BECAUSE THEY DID ALL THE WORK UNDER DIAG TIME Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Matt Stone of Fullbay

Brock, love hearing that the platform works well for both the techs on the floor and your customers. The Skip Diag situation is a good reminder of how much the little workflow details matter at the shop level. Thanks for taking the time to write this up!
