"Good for packing and filling, but need work on the clinical side"
1.5/5
What do you like best about FrameworkLTC?

Generally easy to use and learn. Allows Drug and allergy screening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FrameworkLTC?

it is very difficult to adjust an order if an error is foud in the review process. For example, you need to open up another window, bring up the patient, find the particular order, then edit it. It should just allow a click during the review screen to edit the order bein reviewed. Editting other patient information is also time consuming and could use a major update. Transferring Rx's is also another issue- you must maunually type in every Rx you are transferring OUT. This should also be a one click operation, not a 5-10 minute debacle with manually typing the information is, which leaves room for errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FrameworkLTC?

I love that it's Windows based. Very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FrameworkLTC?

Sometimes we get transferred to too many people before the correct person can resolve our issues.

The latest update doesn't allow the changing of NDC numbers when retro'ing. Sometimes the updates make things harder than easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Recommend"

What do you like best about FrameworkLTC?

Awesome software. Easy to navigate through. Minimum teaching is needed to implement throughout the office. Enhances workflow, thereby improving patients' lives. Highly recommend usage with long-term care facility fills. Capable of handling a large scale/amount of clients which gives us a better control over our inventory. "The best software for LTC pharmacies by far"
5/5
What do you like best about FrameworkLTC?

FrameworkLTC has so many strong points but I would have to say that my number one favorite thing about it is that it makes the billing and adjudication side of LTC pharmacy much easier. It allows us to perform more complex actions in less time and the well-designed layout makes it easy to collect and use claim and benefit information without needing to take a bunch of steps to get from A to B. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FrameworkLTC?

Sometimes it takes awhile to load the next screen after clicking out of one. It also doesn’t prevent multiple people from working on one prescription at the same time so sometimes the overlap causes a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
