it is very difficult to adjust an order if an error is foud in the review process. For example, you need to open up another window, bring up the patient, find the particular order, then edit it. It should just allow a click during the review screen to edit the order bein reviewed. Editting other patient information is also time consuming and could use a major update. Transferring Rx's is also another issue- you must maunually type in every Rx you are transferring OUT.
