From the leadership to the support staff everyone interacts on a personal level and listens to the concerns and sugestions of the users. Many of the suggestions for enhancements come from us, the users. I love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FrameworkLTC?

There are a number of features bulit into the system and several outside products that integrate with the software making it easy to help clients. There are certain processes that make it easy to do large volume tasks, such as cycle fill. The ECM queue that integrates with LTC is an electronic document tracker making it easy to retreive in the archive. All parts of the presctiption process have worfklow tracking to follow where your order is. Customer support is typically quite attentive to my tickets and helping me work through the issues. What do you dislike about FrameworkLTC?

There are several ways to do things making training hard as everyone has their own way to do things- There can be too many options sometimes.

*Training has to be paid for, so you have to hope one of your coworkers know what they are doing.

*There is no transfer out function

*Limited functionality on batch processing

*There are so many options you may need to click into several things to do one simple feature

*POD (proof of delivery) software app crashes on the daily and leaves extra work for overriding data entry tehs to close out batches

*Several glitches in the cycle fill processing

*RX send out for last qty filled not original qty so you may get a renewal for partial qty instead of a full fill creating more work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FrameworkLTC?

FrameworkLTC consistently adapts to industry trends with frequent updates that go beyond fixing bugs. LTC allows us to service our communities in an individualized manner. We've been able to automate many workflows so that we can spend more time with patients and clinical recommendations. It's easy to train new users on this platform due to the automated steps and clean design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FrameworkLTC?

One of the downsides to FrameworkLTC can be the complex nature of billing. It really takes some experience in using the different types of billing availablities. I would consider it to almost be like it's own space within the software where you have to have a few experts on your team to ensure everything is set up properly and fits each of the buildings. It would also be nice to be able to integrate some sort of retail POS system considering our IL and LTC@Home patients. To be fair, that's also outside of the scope of what the product is intended to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything in Frameworks is so much easier then we were doing on our old system. There is also so much many extras that you can do on this system, and it just makes each day quicker and quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Top LTC Software"
5/5
What do you like best about FrameworkLTC?

What I like best about FrameworkLTC is the functionality available. It offers tons of functions to allow you to run your pharmacy as you need. Any time there is a question, I feel confident that I can reach out to the support team and get a prompt response to resolve any issues. FrameworkLTC integrates with a wide range of products, including but not limited to the other products in their software suite. At Guardian, we primarily utilize FrameworkLTC on a daily basis and it is very important to have a product that is functional and reliable. Users find the product easy to use in most situations, but for the more involved functions, I am excited to see the release of Framework University in the near future. Implimenting the product will be a breeze for any new or existing pharmacy and will make a great addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FrameworkLTC?

I hope to see FrameworkLTC implement more cloud based solutions in the future. It would be a dream to eventually have FrameworkLTC migrate to a full cloud solution. This would improve implementation and performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FrameworkLTC?

I like that softwriters continually tries to improve the Framework LTC experience. Framework LTC is a big piece of machinery with a lot of moving parts. Overall, my life has been much easier since switching to Framework LTC, however even though the product is great, I like that softwriters is dedicated to trying to improve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FrameworkLTC?

There is a big learning curve compared to other pharmacy systems in the market. I think Framework university will greatly help, but hiring and training on Framework can be stressful at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"You have choices. Make the right one."
5/5
What do you like best about FrameworkLTC?

Listen. You have options. You are being bombarded by everything and anything. Regulations are getting harder. Reimbursement is getting tougher. The future of change that was years is now months. The difference is that FrameworkLTC and more importantly Softwriters is entirely committed to your success. They meet with you. They listen. And they respond. They are not going anywhere. Other companies are motivated by stock share, buyouts, market share and the like. These are not bad things. But with Framework, your success is also theirs. The future of this industry depends of those who see its potential. Softwriters does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FrameworkLTC?

Updates don't come fast enough. Rollouts for ECM and LTC are not universally done, like windows updates. Process is too complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
