I like the ease of use with the program. It’s simpler than other, more expensive methods which is why I chose it. The interface is very easy to understand and navigate. You get all of the results you wish and even more if you are needing to customize.

I learned saving in Foxit will condense further than say Adobe. Adobe adds so much to a saved file which is unnecessary. Foxit makes the file “streamlined,” if you will. It’s fast and available multi platform as I use a max but send to a pic often

Quick watermark insert, protection by adding your signature into the memory of software and applying it to any document.

Occasionally when software is open for too long it creates glitch in text so some of the characters are larger than the other.

It makes life easier as it has all functions readily available like combining files, editing, signing etc.

Increase efficiency in document approval and signing.

The ability to take a document and slide it over the icon to create the pdf, literally the simplest thing to complete.

The only thing I dislike about the software is that I have only kissed the surface of its capabilities and that I do not know it fully yet!

I am Active Duty Military and I do not know who used more PDFs than we do, it is overwhelming! The simplicity of the software allows me to search documents for previously unsearchable platforms, cutting down my time and effort tremendously and ultimately increasing efficiency on a daily basis!

All the features required for editing are included in Phantom

The scaling of field inputs (specifically drop downs) when running on Windows and scaling is active causes the text to be too big for the field.

For my use case it’s mostly to create fillable PDFs and it works great.

The ease of editing, merging multiple items with the click of a button, seamless extractions, just overall a simple no-nonsense interface.

Doesn't do the dishes or take out the trash, hopefully fixed by the next update.

None really, very intuitive to use. Plenty of features available, probably more than most would ever need.

Not wasting time fiddling with viewing and converting PDFs means more time to focus on what matters.

I like the office style ribbon for all of the features instead of the pull out menus on the sides that Adobe has, and of course the cost.

That more people don't know about this yet, I have not really discovered its limitations yet.

I am able to get my users the functionality they need without breaking the bank for a premium Adobe license, when they just need the ability to move a few pages around or remove some.

I love FoxIt. It’s easier to use than other options. the price also blows other options out of the water. All of the functions are available, from building pdfs, to editing, merging, etc.

I dislike that it comes with pdfonline, but pdfonline has limited functionality. I also cannot sign in on my phone.

You’ll get more than your money’s worth for this price!

Its easy to download on any computer and I can do everything necessary and my coworkers have difficulties without a pdf alternative.

The ease in creating and editing documents!

It would have been nice to see an option for Phantom to have side by side in a more streamline option to be able to drag certain PDF into one.

With past software we were coming into the problem with having to use multiple programs to edit certain features, with Phantom we're able to just use this instead which makes things faster and easier.

It is user-friendly and it is a big help when you want to edit a manuscript. PDF to Word converters works perfectly.

You provide a shortcut to change the color of the highlight.

It is a great tool if you are in academia in order to write papers and reports
