The versatility of the Program, the countless features and tools to edit/create/modify PDFs, and ease of use make Foxit PhantomPDF my only choice for PDF document management ever since I discovered the product. Not to mention the affordable pricing, which makes it easily the best product on the market based on value alone.

Foxit PhantomPDF could use some updating and fine-tuning on little things such as manipulating Multiple-Item-Selected Text Object/Highlight/Other Comment Annotations/etc when it comes to Changing of Colors (Font, Highlight, Border). It would be nice if multiple items, when selected collectively together, could all be modified when adjusting format settings. Also, implementing the capability to adjust the Line Thickness of Pre-made Personal Signatures would be a great improvement (since only being able to adjust the size, rather than the actual thickness of a Signature itself, can lead to very large Signatures being set onto a document that are still not very legible).

Make the switch from Adobe or other competitors and you will not be disappointed!

I handle ALL of my Graduate MD Professional School Coursework using Foxit PhantomPDF, which includes downloading/viewing/modifying/creating/annotating hundreds of PDF files on a monthly basis. I also use Foxit PhantomPDF for all other PDF needs in my personal life, and the program never lets me down. I have enjoyed excellent versatility with PDF document management and creation ever since I first used the program. The amazing affordability has also saved me countless dollars since my switch from the overpriced and mediocre Adobe Acrobat subscription I once used.

The simplicity and quick load times. Adobe is the exact opposite.

Honestly nothing. If I had to pick something it would be the logo design for the icon. It could be better.

Everyday PDF tasks are now easier than ever. The benefits are the quick load times. Adobe was always terrible.

The interface is very intuitive. You can be up and running with Foxit without spending a great deal of time trying to figure it out or looking up tutorials. It's easy to use, and saves us a great deal of time in our program, as we need to edit pdfs quite often.

There are no downsides that I have experienced so far.

We need to edit pdfs often and quickly. We have been able to complete the tasks much faster since we switched to Foxit.

It feels like a Microsoft WORD application and handles well. Very easy to acclimate to.

It took me a few weeks to understand it and to jump right in and use it.

Try this out and look at the reviews. Attend a Foxit overview of the product and see what you think. It is 1 hour and it is a vast array of things Foxit can do for you.

Trying to combine multiple PDFs together with ease and this just solved it and the maneuvering was a cinch.

I like that it has so many more features than Adobe that I do not have to pay for.

I am still getting used to all the tools there are.

Just getting used to new locations of controls, but getting there.

Numerous documents in a PDF format allowing no editing, so then I have to convert to MS Word.

I was not trained on Foxit so naturally, I was slightly apprehensive in using it. However, the program is extremely intuitive and user friendly. I have not completely mastered the program, but I am navigating it successfully.

I have not come across any aspects of this suspect that I dislike so far.

It is totally worth the investment!

Foxit provides us with a PDF editor. It is extremely time saving and easy to use for mass production.

I need to have it on two different computers, that should be part of the the license. The benefits are that is it easy to use and inexpensive.

This will do everything needed except re-organizing the pages! This is a great program to sign, convert, and work with PDF files. The app works great on the iPad Pro too!

My only real complaint is that I cannot move pages in the file. But that is not really worth complaining about.

For it being a free program, you cannot go wrong!
