For several years now, we’ve had 10 discretionary remote work days per year, along with several set, company-wide remote work days. Many of our systems require us to log in to FortiClient in order to access them from home. Our company chose this software to create a secure connection to our work systems, and it’s been essential for remote access. I also provide after-hours support, so I still rely on it when I need to connect from home outside of normal hours. I really like how straightforward it is: I log in to FortiClient and I’m quickly connected in a secure way. Every few years we replace our laptops and FORTICLIENT installs easily on the newer replacement laptop. It can be buggy sometimes (same client version can have diferent behaviours on 2 differentt Windows machines running the same version).
