Open Standards: FlowForma is a Cloud-based offering powered by Microsoft Office 365. We can further enhance this open standards framework by configuring the tool to align to standard Contract Frameworks

Flexibility: FlowForma allows for the development of custom components and integration to Azure Logicapp in scenarios where the base product does not meet specific/complex technical requirements

We would prefer to be able to use the same SQL & Repeating Table components (questions) over multiple steps/forms instead of having to recreate new questions each time. We were already committed users of the Microsoft Suite of tools and in particular, SharePoint is a key platform for us. The integration with SharePoint was one deciding factor, but there were others. There is a steep learning curve with FlowForma and participation in the training sessions provided by the company is in a sense obligatory. Having said that, the support from the helpdesk is fast and usually they understand the issues very quickly. Some more integrations with third party apps could be helpful.
