"Would not use as an LMS, there are other options in the market"
1.5/5
What do you like best about Flockjay?

Customer support is pretty responsive, but it takes them forever to actually update anything in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flockjay?

It is a very immature LMS. There are a lot of better tools for less money. The UI is not customizable and hard to navigate on the learner side. Reporting is an absolute nightmare and I'm unable to actually see who has taken/completed what. C Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Best LMS for Coaching Your GTM Team"
5/5
What do you like best about Flockjay?

I love the bidirectional feedback and source requests that occur between reps, managers, and teams. I liken Flockjay to being the closest thing you can get to a live sales floor interactive experience where reps can share insights, best practices, etc. It is also the best LMS for coaching reps in that it provides multiple opportunities for managers to provide feedback and coaching, as well as for reps to solicit feedback and advice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flockjay?

The user interface has a few snags that make prevent seamless navigation within things like learning paths and some of the features are not as intuitive, for example "autosave" is not yet a feature when creating courses and learning paths. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
