"Practical, Measurable Enablement with Structured Training and Engagement Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about Flockjay?

What I like best about Flockjay is that it helps us turn enablement into something practical and measurable. It’s not just a place to store content, it gives us a structured way to deliver training, validate proficiency, and track real engagement across the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flockjay?

What I dislike most about Flockjay is that the admin and rollout side can create friction. User data and org mapping haven’t always been clean, and some live training content doesn’t translate naturally into the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Easy-to-Use Platform with a Low Learning Curve for Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Flockjay?

Ease of use — the platform is intuitive enough that you can navigate it daily without friction, even across varied tasks like building pages, loading content, and tracking usage.

Low learning curve for your team — anyone on your team can pick it up quickly, which matters a lot for an Enablement leader who needs the whole team moving, not just power users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flockjay?

Page building — the experience of actually constructing pages isn't as intuitive as the day-to-day navigation. It can feel clunky or require more effort than it should.

Visuals and branding — limited flexibility or tools for making content look polished and on-brand, which matters when you're trying to deliver a professional enablement experience to your team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Setup, Powerful Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Flockjay?

I really like how easy Flockjay is to use. It's simple to build a class from scratch without needing a lot of assistance or training. I could just go in, click around, and figure out what I needed to do, and the output is really good. The role-playing feature is also great; it was easy to train it to role play and quiz our team on what they needed to do. I appreciate the ease of use from both the end user and admin sides, as it's easy to figure out how to do things without anything being hidden or requiring a lot of clicks. The role-playing tools are flexible, allowing changes on the spot, which makes it a lot more light and easy to use. Additionally, the setup was incredibly easy because they did a lot of it for us, listened to what we needed, and turned things around quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flockjay is an Intuitive, Sophisticated Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Flockjay?

The adoption and integration process has been phenomenal but the tool itself is sophisticated and intuitive, allowing for more uses cases across the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flockjay?

Nothing yet, but thats because we have a wonderful CSM that actually knows the tool and has been able to answer all of our questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally, a Partner That Turns Feedback Into Functionality"
5/5
What do you like best about Flockjay?

The standout feature of Flockjay isn't just the tech, it’s the people. We worked with Brandon on the Customer Success team, he truly feels like an extension of our team. Flockjay's dedication to their customers is truly unmatched. In addition, the product team is quick to release updates and incorporates feedback quickly. Product requests with most platforms that we work with feel like feature requests go into a "black hole," the Flockjay team actually listens and turns our product suggestions into real life updates.

Flockjay is helping us bridge the gap between our sales strategy and actual execution. Through their integrations we are able to pull the data that we need to make proactive decisions when historically everything has been reactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flockjay?

We started with Flockjay a couple of years ago when the LMS was brand new, it has been a long journey to get to where we are today. Historically the biggest challenge has been reliability of searching, limitation of design capabilities and functionality. The product team has rapidly addressed this in the last year making them far more competitive against competitors that have been in the space for years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rapid Setup and User-Friendly Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Flockjay?

I love how easy it is to configure Flockjay. Many learning management and content management systems are incredibly complicated, but Flockjay is pretty much plug and play. Once we get an asset on there or want to create a course, we're able to do it in really a matter of minutes, which is amazing. Additionally, the initial setup was seamless, and we were up and running in less than two weeks. The technology is really easy to use, and our customer success manager was incredibly helpful in getting us to where we needed to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flockjay?

I love how quick and easy Flockjay is to use, with a good interface and easy administration that allows for quick access to content. I appreciate the course building elements and digital deal rooms. Flockjay enables us to quickly and easily build courses using their in-built AI, which helps with assessment creation and knowledge checks. The digital deal rooms offer a great customer experience by having everything in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Sales Enablement, Needs Timely Updates"
4/5
What do you like best about Flockjay?

I like that Flockjay has everything I need to learn about my company's products, former sales we've done, and enablement procedures all in one place. It makes an adjacent part of my work significantly easier, allowing me to focus on the core responsibilities involved in my job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flockjay?

The information in Flockjay could be more regularly updated, but it's inhibited by product features that aren't designed to keep information up to date. I think archiving notifications or stale material notifications in some kind of data analysis feature on the back end would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
