Fire Suite Pro Reviews & Product Details

Fire Suite Pro is fire risk assessment software for iPad, built in England by a chartered building surveyor for UK fire risk assessors. One building file feeds every tool: capture the property once, then assess, survey and report against it. FRA Pro: structured fire risk assessments with statutory and guidance citations attached to every question. Door Pro: per-door fire door inspections that feed findings back into the assessment. CS Pro: compartmentation surveys whose failed checks write the remedial actions, with photographs. Strategy Pro: retrospective fire strategies for existing residential buildings. HRB Pro: height and storey assessments for higher-risk buildings. PPM Pro: five-year planned maintenance programmes for blocks of flats. FIV Pro: fire insurance reinstatement cost valuations. Publishing: client-ready PDF reports with photographic evidence, a signed publication record and a post-publication action tracker. It connects to Fire Passport, free for Responsible Persons and managing agents, so the building record, certificates and management log reach the assessor before the visit and the finished assessment files itself back to the building.
