The system feels like it has been thought through from start to finish, and it's constantly improving with regular updates and new features. Everything links together well, making it easy to use across different departments, and everyone in our business has found it straightforward to work with. It's also highly customisable, with plenty of settings, filters and different views. For example, jobs and quotes can be viewed in a Kanban-style layout, allowing each user to work in the way that suits them best.

The PPM check sheets have been one of the biggest improvements for us. Compared to every other field service system we've used, they're by far the best we've been able to achieve. The flexibility and level of customisation mean we can build check sheets that suit our engineers and customers, rather than having to work around the software's limitations.

The integration with QuickBooks has also been a real benefit for us. Since moving from our previous system, Field Ascend and the team behind it have genuinely been a breath of fresh air. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are still a few areas we'd like to see developed further, particularly the Projects module, although that's more to do with the way our business operates than a shortcoming of the software itself. The biggest positive is that the team genuinely listens to customer feedback. We've already seen suggestions we've made implemented in updates, which gives us confidence that the system will continue to evolve. What stands out most is how purpose-built it is for field service — it's not a generic CRM pretending to fit. Scheduling, job tracking, certificates, and customer records all live in one place and genuinely talk to each other. The automation takes care of the repetitive admin that used to slow us down, and the mobile experience for engineers on site is excellent. Honestly very little to flag. The initial setup took a bit of time as we migrated data across and got used to the structure, but that's standard with any platform of this depth.
