What do you like best about Feedoptimise?

Feedoptimise's platform is incredibly easy to use and offers high levels of customisation prior to your product feed being sent through to Google Merchant Center. The platform is incredibly fast and it's obvious that a lot of thought/time has been put into how it runs.

It's easy to integrate with your website by using Feedoptimise's own WordPress plugin, or if you prefer to use your own custom feeds they're happy to accomodate.

Support from the Feedoptimise team is incredible, with responses more than often received back within 30 minutes or less. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Feedoptimise?

The only thing that might be useful would be to perhaps have some logs displayed on the customer's website itself, when using the Feedoptimise plugin (it's currently more just like a connector plugin that enables the syncing of products been the website & Feedoptimise).

Just something that displays whether your products were successfuly imported into Feedoptimise each time it runs (maybe a 30-day log, to avoid excessive logs, but still keep it informative to the user), rather than needing to access the Feedoptimise platform itself. What do you like best about Feedoptimise?

Honestly I don't think there is a better product feed management platform than this! It's really well designed and easy to find your way around, and you can pretty much do everything in one place, from quick attribute tweaks to proper optimization like AI-generated titles and pulling attributes out of images.

The AI side is what sold me. You can hook it up to different models (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok) and use it to rewrite titles, descriptions, categories, whatever you need at scale. The A/B testing that enables you to experiment to find the best version is great, and the AI agent is there to assist if you have any questions, need some help or checks.

And of course it can connect to a limitless number of channels, from Google Shopping, Microsoft Bing, to AI assistants like ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to Meta, TikTok, you name it, and with custom templates you really can distribute your feeds everywhere.

The pricing is great too. It's pay-per-use based on parent-level products, which makes it really affordable if you have lots of variants. And the performance is amazing, almost as if it were installed locally on my laptop. Everything is fast and responsive, and the same goes for feed updates and processing. What do you dislike about Feedoptimise?

Nothing major comes to mind. It does what I need it to and does it well. If I had to pick something, there's so much in the platform that it took me a little while to discover everything it could do, but the AI agent and support team made that easy to get through. What do you like best about Feedoptimise?

I find Feedoptimise to be a great tool for our business with its ability to customize things the way we need. It allows seamless integration via all the various channels where we have feeds live, and it's always pretty smooth and efficient. The team at Feedoptimise is great to work with, and we've enjoyed a long partnership with them because they're probably one of the most technically advanced feed platforms we've used. What do you like best about Feedoptimise?

How helpful the company is, even after working hours. When we had an important replatforming project, FeedOptimise was providing us with support, even later in the evening. The implementation of their feeds is also very straightforward. Whenever new requirements for the feed appeared, FeedOptimise always responded quickly and changed the mapping for us. They have also provided us with their expertise, when we had google crawling issues. I would highly recommend them ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Feedoptimise?

There are a lot of notifications coming from FeedOptimise, every time where there is any processing going on but I believe that this something that we can change ourselves.

You have to pay attention to limits that you had setup, otherwise the feed won't be updated if it goes below that.
