I’ve had a great experience using FactoryFix, especially because of how streamlined and effective the platform is. One of my favorite features is the ability to text candidates directly through the system. Candidates that we see in Factory Fix are truly manufacturing industry candidates. We don't get a lot of door dashers or retail associates like we see in some of the platforms we use to source. Also, the resume data is generally complete and well organized. The labor market information Factory Fix provides is extremely valuable and saves a lot of time manually collecting the information. The customer service from Factory Fix is outstanding. Truly, no other sourcing platform provides the level of support and response that they do. Factory Fix doesn't hide or omit any of the candidate information like some of the other platforms do. Additionally, the customization options the service offers are so appreciated. I can tailor the questions asked to each specific position. I use Factory Fix daily, it helps me keep track of candidates I'm moving forward, and I'm getting quality candidates. I wish I could pull more reports myself. For example, I would like to be able to query how many people I dispositioned because of candidate decline and see the reasons for the decline. We have used the Factory Fix service for (2) different 3 month periods. The first period we were able to hire (2) shop employees. The second period we were able to hire (3) shop employees. The service does a good job getting you candidates and even searching the web and using AI to reach out to other potential candidates and let them know about your job opening.
