"Efficient Social Media Management, but Mobile Version Needs Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Facebook Pages Manager?

We use Facebook Pages Manager to manage all the three social media channels including Facebook, Instagram & WhatsAPP. It allows us to centrally monitor these pages, assign necessary permissions and streamline the workflow across the organization. Posting the updates and check the performance of each campaign is much simplified with this single dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, I face inconsistency between desktop and mobile versions of this platform. Though, it works really well on desktop, I always experience some technical glitches while using the mobile version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Tool with Unified Inbox, Needs Stability Improvements"
4/5
What do you like best about Facebook Pages Manager?

I find the Unified Inbox to be the most valuable feature of Facebook Pages Manager, as it consolidates all messages and comments from Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Messages, and post comments into one centralized location. This aggregation eliminates the frustration of app-switching, ensuring that I never miss a message or lead. It significantly improves response time, which is crucial for customer satisfaction and maintaining a high response rate. Additionally, being able to see customer information and previous interactions at a glance allows for personalized and informed replies, enhancing the overall customer service experience. What do you dislike about Facebook Pages Manager?

The primary drawbacks of the Facebook Pages Manager often revolve around technical instability and feature bloat. Users frequently report experiencing bugs and glitches, such as posts failing to publish or the platform randomly logging them out, which disrupts consistency and wastes time. Furthermore, due to the constant integration of new features, the mobile app’s interface can feel cluttered and complex, making simple tasks like editing photos or finding advanced analytics feel unintuitive. Finally, while sufficient for quick boosts, the app's ad management and reporting tools are significantly limited compared to the full desktop Ads Manager, forcing power users to switch platforms for detailed campaign control. What do you dislike about Facebook Pages Manager?

"Functional but frustrating"
2/5
What do you like best about Facebook Pages Manager?

It gives me basic access to manage my business pages without having to log into a desktop. I can post, respond to comments and messages, and see notifications on the fly. It’s convenient when I need to handle something quickly but it’s a last resort if I use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook Pages Manager?

Features like post scheduling and insights are limited and feel like an afterthought. It’s not intuitive and often feels like it was built as a temporary patch rather than a real solution for mobile users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
