AssetSonar integrates perfectly in our ecosystem, every solution they provide works perfectly. We use it with Zendesk and it's tremendous! Also Google Connector for Agents works perfectly. AssetSonar support is also always very fast and accurate on answers, but in general everything can be found on their useful blog. Very easy to implement! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much, maybe I would give a 10/10 if solution and support could be provided in French for some clients :) But it's only a little bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
