What do you like best about EULER?

What I like best about EULER is how easy it is to get started without limiting what you can build over time. We were able to spin up a partner program quickly without a long or complicated implementation, and the platform is intuitive enough that I can make changes and launch new workflows without needing a dedicated technical resource.

The customer service has also been excellent. The team is responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping us build the right programs for our business.

Most importantly, EULER gives us the flexibility to start simple and grow into the platform. We can launch what we need today, prove out new programs, and continue adding more automation and functionality as our partner ecosystem grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EULER?

As EULER has grown quickly, we have experienced a couple of instances where the platform was temporarily unavailable. That said, the team has always been extremely responsive when issues have come up and worked quickly to get them resolved. What do you like best about EULER?

When comparing EULER to other systems, what really stood out was how the platform's value grows alongside our business needs. It has been incredibly easy for our team to pick up and use right out of the gate.

The user experience is highly intuitive, and it integrates seamlessly with our existing tech stack, particularly Salesforce. This smooth onboarding directly solved the core efficiency challenges we originally set out to fix.

Additionally, their pricing model is both reasonable and entirely transparent, with straightforward upfront costs and no hidden fees.

The customer support experience is truly top-notch. It genuinely feels like an extension of our own team; they deeply understand our business goals and are fully invested in our success. We also highly appreciate EULER's forward-thinking approach to AI and intelligence. What do you dislike about EULER?

Ideally, I would like the ability to report on all fields contained within the system, as we face some limitations there currently. What do you like best about EULER?

I find Euler incredibly intuitive, which is a big deal for me since I'm usually hesitant about partner portals. Their customer service and follow-up are legendary, with Marwan from their team being really helpful and available whenever I have questions. This support makes me feel like I can easily become a power user of the tool, adding more value to the agencies I manage. Euler integrates quite well with HubSpot and Salesforce, which makes updating partner information easy and prevents duplication of efforts. Overall, it makes things a lot easier for me. What do you dislike about EULER?

What do you like best about EULER?

At Dataships, we’ve found Euler to be an incredibly effective platform for managing our partner program within the Shopify ecosystem. It provides a clean, centralized hub for our service and agency partners, whether they specialize in web development, migrations, consulting, or email/SMS retention marketing, to access enablement and stay connected with us.

The standout element, though, is the Euler team itself. Their dedicated Slack channel gives us direct, reliable access to fast, thoughtful support. They are highly responsive, genuinely listen to feedback, and continuously improve the platform based on real user needs. The flexibility and customization within Euler also allow us to shape the platform around our internal processes instead of having to change our operations to fit the tool.

Another major advantage is how seamlessly Euler integrates with our CRM. Our internal reps can continue operating fully inside the CRM they’re used to, while Euler captures and tracks the partner activity automatically in the background. This alignment drastically reduces friction and improves adoption internally.

I also want to highlight Elvys, who has consistently provided one of the best support experiences I’ve ever had with a software platform. His responsiveness and professionalism elevate the entire experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EULER?

Like any software platform, Euler is not without its limitations or areas for improvement. While the system is solid and evolving quickly, there are occasional constraints that come with a product still maturing.

The most notable point is that the cost feels slightly high relative to the current stage of the platform. That said, the pricing is more understandable when factoring in the value of the support team and the velocity of improvements being made.

I also believe that there improvements to be made on invoicing and paying out of commissions and the UX. I know it will continue to get better, but I still see this lacking in areas although it is light years ahead of Partnerstack.

Lastly, the UX of inviting stakeholders from other organizations to the portal along with how agreement are executed can also be improved. Won't get into much detail here: long story short, it does the job but I believe there is room for improvement here.

Any shortcomings we’ve encountered have been significantly offset by the fact that the Euler team is extremely receptive to feedback and acts on it. They don’t just listen: they execute, which minimizes the impact of those limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With the customization and complexity offered by Euler, there is naturally a learning curve, especially when it comes to navigating timelines. We decided to use Euler, fully aware that it wouldn't be an out-of-the-box solution for every need or use case we might encounter. Features such as interactive reporting, dashboards, and branding customization are not available yet, but we understand they are on the way. What do you like best about EULER?

I like how customizable Euler is, allowing us to support our specific partner journey and contract obligations. Their customer support is very responsive, patient and helpful when I need assistance. Not to mention, they are eager to receive our feedback for ways to better support their clients and our partners. What do you dislike about EULER?

Our partner agreements can sometimes be pretty specific. As a result, there are some payment structures that we struggle to pay through the system. This is something they are currently working to expand. Outside of that, their support documentation could stand to be expanded a bit so I can learn in more of a self-serve fashion. What do you like best about EULER?

What I like most about Euler is how flexible and hands-on it is compared to traditional PRMs. It adapts to how our CRM and partner programs actually work instead of forcing us into a rigid model. The onboarding was very white-glove, integrations were tailored to our setup, and the partner experience is clean and intuitive. It’s saved us a significant amount of manual admin work while giving us much better visibility into partner performance and revenue. The support from the Euler team has been exceptional. Because Euler is highly flexible and configurable, there can be a bit of upfront thinking required during setup to align it to your exact partner model. I find Euler very easy to use, and whenever I do encounter a problem, the support team is wonderful. I also find the ability to route contracts quickly very helpful. It’s great how Euler connects with Hubspot. I love being able to review leads and accept them through the portal. Setting up Euler was quite straightforward too. What do you dislike about EULER?

There is some functionality that's coming. For instance, I'd love to be able to just send a link to the training flow. Also, many developers don't need all the bells and whistles - it would be super to deep link to the right area. Some of the UX could be improved -- the team is aware of my suggestions.
