Epic Marketing Automation Reviews & Product Details

Epic Marketing Automation (formerly Applied Marketing Automation) is part of Applied Epic®. A targeted campaign needs content tailored to a defined audience, and most agencies can't adequately scale either. Launch targeted client campaigns straight from your book, in minutes. Reach the right clients with the right message, using the account and policy data you already have. Insurance marketing automation runs inside Applied Epic. Key features: • Campaign reporting: Embedded reporting shows open rate, click rate and unsubscribe rate per campaign, plus who engaged with what. • Subscription and consent management: Opt-ins, unsubscribes, and imported opt-out lists live on the account, so every campaign honors the client's choice. • Policy details in emails: Coverage details and policy type drop into the message body, so each email reflects that client's policy. • Sender and reply-to control: Drip emails use the servicing contact on the account, so unique campaigns come from each producer.
