When I had a challenging test case and was going in a circle, I communicated with the support team, and Matt has been patient with me and walked me through the steps that helped me. I liked how they provided tips and because of that, I was able to gain more knowledge. I think they need to enhance the surface. I noticed that when reviewing results to check who was the one who ran the test suite, I don't see any history of the user unless someone added a note that it's them. I think it would be great if they can add a history of who the last person who ran the test suite. Another thing is that, when I have a lot Endtest tab on, I sometimes get lost because when I review the failed steps it takes me to a different test case that I'm not familiar with and that I have to go back to the actual test suite to double check. My only gripe so far is once I have ran a test and reviewing the results, I can't navigate back to a specific suite, I seem to need to go back to selecting the suite from the 'Web Test Suite' window, an extra step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing is that it has a very well composed and minimal UI interface that's easily maintainable and easy to navigate through. Besides that, they have an API that can be used to store values in it and use them afterward. For someone who has just started using automation for it's project, this is much easier software to use than using Selenium combined with any other framework. To be honest, there is nothing that I've found as cons to this software. It's fast; it's reliable, it has everything for testing web apps.
