EndTest provides a great suite of flexible tools, it can pretty much tackle anything, and the support team is so fast and knowledgeable that nothing has come up that they haven't been able to solve within a few minutes. The tools available within EndTest, along with the Chrome extension, means I can build robust and thorough tests quickly. Debugging tests is also a breeze, with a very detailed real-time log that shows you every step and action - finding an error in a test is as simple as clicking a link in the log. I'm still picking up new tricks and time-savers, and their team is always all-too-happy to help. I ran into a bug; it wasn't a blocker, but the developers were on it right away, and within a couple of hours they released a fix. I cannot recommend this team and their product enough. There's nothing I dislike; however, there are some features or improvements that I'd love to see in the future. It's possible to create teams and share test suites with different groups, but I think they could expand this or make it faster to share suites or tests. Another feature I'd really like to see is the ability to add notes or comments to each action in a test. This would help the user keep track of what each step does and would make handing off or sharing tests with colleagues a little easier. Being able to automate web testing with no experience in coding or programming languages is a big help to a lot of QAs. They also continuously improve the product and add features. Being able to use features similar to widely known automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, etc. in one tool (Endtest) is great and they also have very affordable prices. Currently, the mobile testing automation feature of Endtest still requires a secondary tool (such as Browserstack) to fully make use of it. They have mentioned that they are planning on having their own mobile grid sometime in the future and our team is really looking forward to it. Hopefully it will also be affordable. First off, learning how to use the tool was very simple due to Endtest's extensive documentation. Endtest provided our team a live training on the product, which allowed us enough information to teach ourselves as we go on. I love the detailed test results, such as screenshots, element inspectors, live video, and live results as the tests execute. I wish the tests were able to execute faster. The shortest tests we can write tend to take at least one minute to complete, making it hard for us to implement Endtest into most of our CI process. Specific to the mobile tests, I would love it if the mobile test recorder were a bit cleaner. We have really enjoyed the way Endtest staff have been quick to respond to our requests. They are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They even offered us a free zoom training session at the beginning of our Endtest experience, which was invaluable to our successfully completing our QA projects. They have welcomed our suggestions for improvement and implemented these whenever possible. They update their documentation to showcase these new features quickly too. For example, our team had numerous questions regarding audio/video support across various browsers. Besides answering our questions directly, Endtest updated their documentation so others could benefit in the future. During our project, we made many feature requests via email. While Endtest staff provided updates quickly when we asked, it would have been nicer to have a view into a customer-facing ticket-tracking system. Such a system would have helped us track feature requests we submitted, and sometimes this may have helped reduce duplicate feature requests. On our current PRO plan, we also have limitations in being able to automate some of the functions of our product that require audio assertions. It would be nice if a few more features could be added to especially make basic audio or simulated audio testing possible for PRO plan users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As per my knowledge, I don't see any negative because everything works well in my case. I feel execution time is a bit high, documentation is lacking. That's all I can say for now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

-If the QA team has less expertise over Automation coding then I believe EndTest is the best and cheapest solution for Web, Mobile, and API automation testing.

One of the best things about endtest.io is the many integrations it offers, such as the Jira or Slack integration. But also the scheduling of tests at specific times or intervals is one of the reasons why we chose endtest.io.

Where we are equally impressed is the incredible support. The onboarding / intro session was one of the best I have ever experienced. The support team has been responsive to our questions at all times.

There is one small thing we missed in endtest.io, and that is the 2FA feature so that we can include that in our tests.

End test was very helpful in getting our automation started. They did a lot of work to support us, end automated some pieces of the scenarios by themselves. Regarding the software itself, it is very user-friendly and easy to operate for people with very basic coding knowledge. Execution and reports are transparent and easy to understand. EndTest allowed us to quickly get test suites up and running for our Web based app. Now we are going into mobile app creation and we have been able to integrate SauceLabs and EndTest to start recording and creating those tests as well.
