I came to Encyro after having difficulty with a much larger company and service. I had clients were upset that they sent me things and I would receive them and the firms response was delayed. It was not a good look for the firm and clients left, which angered me with the company that I was using. Once I found out from a friend about Encryo, I did the trial and was hooked! My clients absolutely love the portal feature and I have not missed any notification from them. I love the flow of the communication in the folders. I do not have to search for what the client said last and where documents are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not have any things about Encyro that I dislike at this time. I have been pleased. The one thing that I was looking for when I first started using Encryo was the ability to download all documents at once and within time that was implemented! Thanks! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how Encyro makes it easy for clients to upload sensitive documents through my upload page and how they don't even have to create and remember their password (unless they want to). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing really that I dislike. Encyro is simple, and does what I need it to do. An integration with Gmail/Google Drive and other features might be nice, but i think Encyro's biggest stregnth is it's simplicity, and too many new features could take away from that. Honestly, I don’t really have anything negative to say - if I had to offer any feedback I would say that when I’m accessing a message from my mobile and have entered My Encyro login, then when I move to the next message I have to enter my login again which is a bit redundant.
