"Stable, Flexible Email Marketing with Expert Support and Seamless API Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ELAINE?

ELAINE is a highly stable and flexible email marketing tool. We have been using ELAINE since 2014. Via the API, we can flexibly integrate ELAINE into our system landscape and workflows. For bespoke features that are not provided out-of-the-box, the ELAINE team provides expert support, meaning that we have so far been able to implement all our requirements using ELAINE. What do you dislike about ELAINE?

Due to the large number of features, ELAINE naturally has a corresponding number of buttons, menu bars, etc. Depending on their prior knowledge, new users will need some time to find their way around. However, we have found a solution in collaboration with artegic and provided our users with an alternative interface (XAF) that is very simple and intuitive to use. "Complex Customer Engagement Platform for Complex Use Cases"
5/5
What do you like best about ELAINE?

Elaine is far more than just the "end of the process chain" in our email marketing, where dispatches are controlled, but also the central point where we consolidate data from different sources for personalization purposes. The control itself is scalable at will for our purposes and offers strong performance both in the area of transactional emails and in classic list-based dispatches. The user interface has also made significant strides forward with the new Elaine.io interface, which was previously one of the weaker points. With Elaine, we also have the ability to implement complex solutions directly from a specialist department through no-code implementations, and we are also in very good communication with the support and product teams. The next stage of development for Elaine is certainly the platform's own AI "Aido", which not only supports in the area of generative AI but is also capable of making complex decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ELAINE?

Elaine is not software that is intuitively easy to grasp, although this has visibly improved with Elaine.io. However, Elaine is also an enterprise solution and is used to handle complex use cases, which therefore also comes with a certain complexity in its application. "Top product in use for the grocery retail sector"
5/5
What do you like best about ELAINE?

Very good interfaces and automation possibilities. Reliable use - of course, one can expect that, but it is not always a given. However, with ELAINE, it is absolutely top-notch. Also, very good support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ELAINE?

Even though the interfaces are very good, feel free to make further optimizations for mobile devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Top martech platform with strong automation for cross-channel customer journeys"
5/5
What do you like best about ELAINE?

Central data base for effective and targeted personalization. Cross-channel control for seamless customer journeys across all touchpoints. Extensive features that reliably support even demanding automations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ELAINE?

Specialized know-how is required for optimal use. Without technical and conceptual skills, the platform quickly seems complex. The entry is accordingly demanding, especially for teams without MarTech experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Email editor, marketing automation, and transactional mailings in one tool"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ELAINE?

The tool offers comprehensive email marketing. In addition to an extensive editor, mailings can be quickly and easily built using drag & drop. These can be sent as list mailings, but at the same time, smart and highly complex automated campaign sequences can also be implemented or transactional mailings sent. Additionally, ELAINE offers recipient management and selection options, as well as various reporting and analysis options after sending. Since it is a German provider, it is GDPR-compliant and comes with competent German support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ELAINE?

Unfortunately, there are no standard templates and articles to fall back on. There is no free version (for testing), and since there are quite complex functions, it is not suitable for a quick start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very advanced e-mail-marketing software that offers solutions for many e-mail communication demands"
5/5
What do you like best about ELAINE?

In addition to the ease of creating mailings and managing contact lists and target groups, what sets ELAINE apart for us is its marketing automation. It allows us to create communication sequences via drag and drop, which we can use for reactivation, reminder or follow-up mailings. In this way, we can control communication to the customer in an automated way, which has been very successful for us and, above all, saves a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ELAINE?

The multitude of functions naturally also leads to a certain complexity of the software. Over time, you will discover more and more functions. The possible uses must be understood and transferred to your own specific use cases in order to be able to use them in a targeted manner. The large number of modules and setting options inevitably sometimes leads to a certain lack of comprehensibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
