"Handled Our Microsoft 365 Migration More Smoothly Than We Expected"
5/5
What do you like best about EdbMails Office 365 Migration?

We used EdbMails to migrate around 180 mailboxes to Microsoft 365 after evaluating a couple of other options. What impressed us most was that the migration process remained stable throughout the project. The mailbox mapping was straightforward, and we were able to run a few pilot migrations before moving everyone else.

Incremental migration was particularly useful because we could synchronize new emails before the final cutover, which helped reduce downtime for users. The migration logs were detailed enough to quickly identify any skipped items, and the overall interface was easy for our team to work with without spending days learning the software. What do you dislike about EdbMails Office 365 Migration?

The application provides many configuration options, which is great, but new users may need a little time to understand which settings are appropriate for their environment. A few more deployment examples for different migration scenarios would make the initial setup even easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Office 365 Tenant-to-Tenant Migration from Start to Finish"
5/5
What do you like best about EdbMails Office 365 Migration?

We recently completed a tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migration as part of a company merger, and EdbMails made the entire process far more manageable than we expected. Mailboxes, emails, calendars, contacts, and folder structures were migrated accurately, and the interface made it easy to track each migration batch. The incremental migration option was especially useful for synchronizing the latest mailbox changes before the final switch, helping us complete the project efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EdbMails Office 365 Migration?

I'd like to see more built-in migration planning resources, such as checklists or best practices for different tenant-to-tenant scenarios. The documentation is helpful, but having these recommendations directly within the application would improve the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Moved Off Office 365 to IMAP Without Disrupting a Single User"
5/5
What do you like best about EdbMails Office 365 Migration?

We made a decision to move away from Office 365 onto an IMAP based platform for cost reasons and needed a tool that could handle the migration reliably without creating chaos for end users. EdbMails was the right call. The migration jobs ran consistently in the background and the folder structure on the IMAP side came through exactly as it was in Office 365, users reconnected their email clients and everything looked exactly as they left it. That continuity made the whole platform switch feel invisible from the user side which kept helpdesk tickets to an absolute minimum throughout the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EdbMails Office 365 Migration?

The tool could use better built in guidance around IMAP server settings for specific providers, had to do a bit of research independently to get the configuration right for our setup. Not a major issue but a built in configuration guide for common IMAP providers would be a genuinely useful addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Office 365 to Office 365 Migration, Exactly What We Needed"
5/5
What do you like best about EdbMails Office 365 Migration?

We needed to move mailboxes between two Office 365 tenants following an internal reorganization and EdbMails handled it better than I anticipated. The cross tenant mapping was straightforward to configure and the incremental sync kept both environments aligned during the transition period so nobody lost access to their emails mid migration. Everything transferred cleanly, emails, calendars, contacts, folder structures all intact on the destination tenant. The whole operation ran smoothly without pulling significant resources from the rest of the team which was important given everything else we had running simultaneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EdbMails Office 365 Migration?

First time setup takes a little patience, particularly around permissions configuration for both tenants. Would benefit from a more detailed walkthrough for first time users specifically for cross tenant scenarios. Once past that initial hurdle though the migration itself ran without issues. "Tenant to Tenant Migration Done Right, 150 Mailboxes, Zero Headaches"
5/5
What do you like best about EdbMails Office 365 Migration?

As the company Co-Founder, I'm usually overseeing these projects rather than running them hands on, but I kept a close eye on this one given the business sensitivity around a tenant to tenant migration. EdbMails gave my team a structured process that was easy to follow and monitor from the top down. The delta migration feature was something I particularly appreciated, it meant we could keep both tenants in sync during the transition period and cut over cleanly without a hard downtime window.

150 mailboxes completed without a single escalation reaching my desk, which is honestly the metric I care about most. The audit trail and logs also made it easy to sign off on completion with confidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EdbMails Office 365 Migration?

Licensing and pricing structure could be a bit more needed explanation, took a couple of conversations to fully understand what was included for our mailbox count. However great thing is 24 by 7 customer support and The tool itself performed well throughout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean Office 365 to IMAP Migration — Managed 300 Mailboxes Without Any Drama"
5/5
What do you like best about EdbMails Office 365 Migration?

As an IT Manager overseeing a 300 mailbox migration from Office 365 to IMAP, my biggest concern was keeping the project on track without pulling my team away from everything else they had going on. EdbMails made that possible. The migration ran in the background without constant supervision, I'd check in periodically and everything was progressing exactly as expected.

What genuinely impressed me was the data integrity side of things. Emails, attachments, folder structures all transferred correctly. Not a single user came back saying something was missing or out of place which for a rollout this size is a result I'll take every time. The reporting also gave me enough visibility to keep stakeholders updated without having to dig around for information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EdbMails Office 365 Migration?

Initial learning curve is real if you haven't used the tool before, took a bit of time understanding the best way to structure the migration jobs for our setup. Would be helpful if there was a clearer quick start guide specifically for large batch IMAP migrations. Not a serious complaint, more of a first time user observation. "EdbMails Made Our 98-Mailbox Tenant Migration Smooth and Controlled"
5/5
What do you like best about EdbMails Office 365 Migration?

We had 98 mailboxes to move across tenants and I was expecting at least a few days of chaos. Didn't happen. EdbMails handled the whole thing methodically, emails, folders, calendars all came through intact on the other side. What I appreciated most as an IT admin was the control it gives you during the process. You can monitor progress mailbox by mailbox, and the incremental sync option meant users stayed productive while everything was running in the background. No helpdesk tickets about missing emails, which honestly says everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EdbMails Office 365 Migration?

The interface is functional but looks like it could use a refresh, nothing that affects performance but feels a little behind compared to modern tools. Initial configuration also has a bit of a learning curve if you're doing this type of migration for the first time, took me some trial and error before I felt fully confident in the settings. "Moved 350 Mailboxes from Office 365 to IMAP Without a Single Major Issue"
4/5
What do you like best about EdbMails Office 365 Migration?

I like how EdbMails Office 365 Migration handles large-scale batch migrations smoothly without needing constant supervision. The capability to set up multiple mailboxes and let the process run in the background really helps when dealing with a high volume like ours.

I also appreciate that it preserves folder hierarchy and mailbox structure during the migration, preventing user confusion after the move. The clear and practical migration logs are another great feature, as they make it easy to verify progress and confirm successful completion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EdbMails Office 365 Migration?

The UI feels a bit basic and could be more modern and intuitive, especially when managing larger migration batches. Also, it would help to have more detailed per-mailbox progress estimates so you can better plan timing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Edbmails made our Office 365 to Office 365 migration seamless and stress-free. The interface is intuitive and walks you through each step, making it easy even for those without deep technical expertise. We were able to migrate multiple mailboxes quickly without ant data loss or downtime. It was great not having to deal with PowerShell commands or complicated setups-EdbMails handled all the background processes efficiently.
