I've been involved since 2018 and ET is often behind on payments. Too many to count. Lately I've been following ET's instructions to put the payment due date on the invoice, but still late. And even though I have sent emails to ET reminding them of the delay, I still have not received the money. Two months have already passed. Unfortunately, this does not create trust. I initially liked being able to be in direct contact with the translators themsleves to provide context and answer any questions they could have, instead of doing over a third person. It saves time and missunderstandings.
