What do you like best about EasyTranslate?

Rarely does one have the pleasure of working with a company with such clear values towards customer satisfaction. The amount of transparent and proactive communication is what allows EasyTranslate to separate themselves from their competition. The willingness to listen to customer suggestions and offer tangible solutions has built confidence and trust that is often missed when working in a digital environment. What do you dislike about EasyTranslate?

Even though the translation platform is advanced and easy to use for most daily activities, some user experience issues occasionally arise, which need the attention of the EasyTranslate staff. These issues are mainly solved by their strong communication and will to improve the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EasyTranslate solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to have multiple users creating translation projects to a shared platform has streamlined the translation process in our company. Also, the ability to communicate directly with the people translating our projects has proven to help reduce errors and misunderstandings in source texts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
