I'm really disappointed with DoubleTick.io. Their basic static bot infrastructure is poorly developed. There's no bulk keyword upload, which means I have to add keywords manually, one by one, and duplicate keywords are rejected without any clue on what's duplicated. With over 500 keywords, finding duplicates manually is a nightmare. Also, I can't control the bot's frequency. I need settings to make a bot run only once a day or once a week, but the same bot just triggers over and over, even when another cycle is still running. Technical support is slow and unhelpful. I expected basic automation features, but even the core functions are incomplete. It's the worst bot studio without basic controls, and it's making our customers irritated by sending repetitive messages. The development team doesn't seem to listen or support us. I'm not happy with DoubleTick.io because it's not solving the problems I need it to for my company. The calling feature doesn't work, voice notes get deleted and aren't sent to customers, and the platform loads slowly. I find that assigning chats doesn't work correctly, and everyone can see the chats, which isn't ideal. When I reply to customers, messages are sometimes deleted right away and marked unread. Initially, the setup seemed fine, but promised features like groups and calling aren't there as expected. They cheated me by taking the complete money in advance by saying they will give me enterprise plan and after they say we sold you only pro plan and money cant be refunded.
