DtD is very user friendly and categorizes the information in an easy to manage format. And integrating their pre-made links into our existing webpages was absolutely dummy proof! The return on this investment was realized in a very short period of time. Prior to using DtD, this was a time consuming and inefficient process. Now, our donors can click a few buttons and all the information they need to use they employer's matching system is at their finger tips. I find Double the Donation extremely beneficial for its ease of use for donors. It really enhances the donor experience by making it simple for them to input their employer information. The integration with all of our systems, like GiveCampus, Anthology, and Blackbaud CRM, provides a seamless transition of information at a fast pace. I also appreciate the automated emails feature which saves our small team a ton of time, as what the system automates would take us months to accomplish manually. The initial setup was also extremely easy, thanks to their team sending helpful informational articles, and it took us less than a week to fully integrate with our systems. I wish you could send bulk emails to a specified set of donors. Right now, manual emails can only be sent 200 people at a time. Because we can only send 200 at a time, we have to dedicate a team member to completing this process for our fiscal year end and calendar year end to remind donors to complete their forms or update employer information. I value the level of detail available for each donation and how easy it is to run broad outreach campaigns. The visibility into how matching gift requests are submitted—whether through email or directly via the donation form—is extremely helpful. Being able to see engagement metrics, such as how many emails in a cadence have been opened, allows us to evaluate performance, save time, and conduct more targeted outreach, particularly when reviewing results with the matching gift company leaderboard. I would like the ability to view and pull reports on emails sent through Double the Donation, as well as have those emails automatically recorded in each donor’s record in Raiser’s Edge. It would also be helpful to see a donor’s full giving history within the platform and to receive notifications when a matching gift request has been approved.
