"Straightforward API Integration and Flexible Schema-Based Document Workflows"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DocuPipe?

The API has been straightforward to integrate, and the schema-based workflow works well for documents with inconsistent layouts and handwritten fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuPipe?

The main drawback is that API usage can continue into overage by default, and the hard-cap setting is easy to miss. For automated workflows, more prominent spend controls and real-time anomaly alerts would help catch runaway jobs before they generate a large bill. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful AI Extraction with an Easy-to-Edit Schema and Responsive Support"
5/5
What do you like best about DocuPipe?

The AI engine is extremely powerful. As soon as a document is uploaded, it immediately detects the fields of interest and allows them to be easily extracted.

The schema is clearly partitioned between attributes and instructions in NLP, and it is extremely easy to modify the schema as needed.

From all the schema changes I made, I never needed to go back to them; it immediately understood what the problem was that I had exposed to it.

The support is very responsive and the answers given are very detailed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuPipe?

Some areas for improvement:

- The ability to categorize uploaded documents in directories. There are certainly datasets, but directories would be a plus. The layout by table of standardisations and documents is not easy to manage when there are many lines.

- The ability to recover a schema or other deleted object.

- A history of the actions performed

- Be able to classify the standardisations carried out by date

- Maybe it was a lack of knowledge on my part, but I didn’t find the first instructions in NLP that allowed me to build the "Hevrat Hashmal Curtailment Report" scheme. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

High extraction accuracy for faxes and all types of documents, even when the handwriting is poor. It’s easy to use, with great API capabilities that make it simple to integrate into all of our existing apps. Amazing customer service and support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuPipe?

At the beginning, it was a little bit tricky to learn how to set it up correctly, but support solved this issue very promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Experience with Clear, Upfront Pricing"
5/5
What do you like best about DocuPipe?

Very intuitive and pricing in really clear and upfront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuPipe?

After uploading and standardize my files the order of the now standardize files were not in the order of the file names used in the upload. This meant I had to be careful with the import to my spreadsheet. Was able to see the original file name once opened which was helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Handwritten Form Transcription and Reliable Structured Data Every Time"
5/5
What do you like best about DocuPipe?

Great transcription of forms including handwritten forms. I love that we can upload our own existing forms, including forms from years ago, and DocuPipe can transcribe and deliver structured data about them without us needing to revise our form design. They work with what we have and make sense of it in a structured pattern, reliably, every time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuPipe?

There's nothing really to dislike. I'm sure there are ways to try to do it for cheaper but we don't - we are happy to have the reliable, already optimized process that DocuPipe offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automated CV Screening with Exceptional Support"
5/5
What do you like best about DocuPipe?

I really appreciate how DocuPipe replaced manual CV screening. It automatically scores candidates against our job requirements, so our HR team only reviews the ones that actually match. The API is well structured, and the schema system is flexible enough to handle complex Hebrew extractions. The support team is exceptional—fast, technical, and they actually solve your problem instead of just sending documentation. The initial setup was fairly easy, thanks to very good documentation. "Impressive Results and Effortless Integration with DocuPipe"
5/5
What do you like best about DocuPipe?

I like how it is relatively simple to use but has very effective results. I have only just started using it and already I'm impressed.

Incorporating the REST API into my project has been straightforward, and given the nature of what DocuPipe can do, I might look at more ways to utilise it — I shall be using this quite a bit.

Uri contacted me shortly after I started and has been very friendly and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuPipe?

I have not yet had any issues or found any reason to dislike DocuPipe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful OCR with Effortless Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DocuPipe?

I love DocuPipe's image extraction which is great at pulling structured data from health contrasted images. The OCR capabilities are excellent for extracting structured text. I appreciate the API, its partnership in building, and its ease of use. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuPipe?

The API credits could be a bit higher monthly for development to occur in the AI age. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and Agile, But Needs a Better Environment for Developers"
4/5
What do you like best about DocuPipe?

I like the ease of use and simplicity of the DocuPipe API. It is agile and very intuitive, which is valuable to me because it saves time. The documentation is clear and it seems that the integration will quickly produce viable results. Additionally, its API and the attached documentation resolve many of my doubts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuPipe?

Perhaps they should provide a developer environment specifically designed for developers, with a testing API, pre-created schemas, etc.... because in the end, their potential clients are mostly third-party applications, not the end customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
