DMARC Report has evolved from a reporting tool into a more complete email authentication and monitoring platform. It still does its core job very well: turning complex aggregate and forensic reports into a clear view of authorized senders, SPF and DKIM alignment, pass rates, and suspicious activity.

I particularly value the continuous monitoring and alerts, as well as the added visibility provided by TLS-RPT and hosted MTA-STS. The newer AI-assisted analysis and REST API are also useful additions for teams that want faster explanations, automated alerts, or custom reporting. Most importantly, the platform remains approachable despite its growing feature set. The main opportunity for improvement is making the remediation process even more guided. Once the platform detects an authentication failure, configuration issue, or unauthorized sender, it would be helpful to receive a clearly prioritized action plan explaining the likely impact, the safest next step, and how to confirm that the problem has been resolved. The reports are exceptionally thorough and provide all the information I need to monitor email authentication and deliverability. I especially appreciate how the data is organized and filtered, making it easy to identify sending sources, authentication failures, and potential problems without being overwhelmed by unnecessary details. The platform can feel a little overwhelming because of the amount of technical information and terminology presented. Some of the detailed reports require a learning curve to fully understand, and the navigation could occasionally be more intuitive. I was unaware until recently of the PDF summary reports that DMARC generates, which can be accessed from their regular report emails. These PDF reports are great both for myself and for clients with whom I'm using this. It provides great insight into email compliance, which can be used to improve email deliverability. As a small business owner, I was initially intimidated by the idea of setting up DMARC, SPF, and DKIM. It sounded like a lot of DNS complexity I didn't have time for. DMARC Report simplified the process and got me up and running in a very reasonable time. I get readable reports (I use "Aanalyze with AI" option) instead of raw XML I never understood on my own.

Not really a dislike, just an opinion: I would love to get even more clarity in the reports and improvement recommendations. They are great now, but I think even more simplification would be beneficial for non-technical people. Also, clearer navigation would go a long way, especially for users who aren't deeply technical. I recently experienced some frustration when a domain error occurred, but it didn't surface on the main dashboard interface. While the dashboard tracks many excellent parameters, it would be highly beneficial to have a clear, immediate visual indicator (such as an alert icon or status change) right on the main overview whenever a domain encounters a configuration issue or error.

Email configuration is more complicated for most than experts realize. I recommend adding better onboarding and setup documentation, that would help users better understand how everything works. For example: Start with what XXX is. Why would someone want to setup it up. Written in a non-technical way. For example with MTA-STS Record. Better info on why to choose one setting over the other. The platform has become a fundamental piece of our tech stack for ensuring high deliverability. The interface successfully turns highly technical, unreadable data into an accessible format. A built-in setup wizard is still my top request to remove the guesswork from record creation. Beyond that, adding more robust features for managing multiple client workspaces or domains from a single birds-eye view would make it even stronger for agency-level use. Even for a technical person, there are many things to check each month as part of our support service. When I'm looking at Non compliant (unknown senders), I am so happy that they added "Analyze with AI". This new feature (since my last review) saves me having to copy the information into Perplexity and chat there. I can click the analyze with AI in DMARC Reports and find out what actions I need to take to block people pretending to be one of our clients and tricking people. For example, a few years ago a supplier made a bank transfer to pay an invoice seemingly raised by a client. But it was all a scam! The email didn't come from finance. The supplier's bank was able to reverse the funds, but this was damaging for the client.
