Digital Wave Technology Native AI Price Optimization Reviews & Product Details

Digital Wave Technology’s AI-native Price Optimization solution helps retailers and brands set smarter prices with speed, precision, and confidence. Part of the ONE® Platform, the solution combines traditional AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI on a real-time master data foundation to turn pricing from a periodic exercise into continuous, intelligent execution. At its core, Price Optimization delivers automated base price recommendations that balance margin goals, price perception, and competitive positioning across products, locations, and channels. Traditional AI models forecast demand and price elasticity using granular data such as historical performance, competitive benchmarks, and customer behavior. Generative AI supports scenario explanation and insight interpretation, so teams understand the “why” behind recommendations. What elevates the solution is how Agentic AI operates throughout the pricing lifecycle. Intelligent agents continuously monitor demand signals, competitive moves, inventory positions, and performance against plan. As conditions change, Agentic AI guides pricing adjustments, flags risks, and recommends actions that keep strategy aligned without requiring constant manual intervention. This allows teams to respond faster while maintaining governance and control. Price Optimization supports strategic pricing by product role, including Key Value Items, Core items, Profit Builders, and Convenience items. Whether planning long-term strategy or reacting to market volatility, teams gain clear guidance grounded in trusted, shared data. Key capabilities include: - AI-Driven Price Recommendations: Optimize prices using elasticity modeling, competitive data, and product role strategy. - Agentic AI-Guided Pricing Execution: Continuously monitor performance and guide adjustments as market conditions evolve. - Granular Forecasting and Scenario Modeling: Simulate the impact of pricing changes on sales, revenue, and margin. - Product Role-Based Strategy: Align pricing decisions with value perception and growth objectives. - Connected Pricing Ecosystem: Share live data with Promotion Planning, Optimization, and Markdown solutions. - Unified Platform Architecture: One data model ensures alignment across merchandising, pricing, and digital teams.
