There are no major drawbacks from our perspective. As an area for improvement, we would love to see an even more robust WhatsApp integration, with richer native capabilities and clearer documentation to simplify implementation. I really appreciate the depth of Didit - Identity Verification's solution, which is truly global and integrates easily with third-party data. It's been a great help in saving a ton of developer time by being a single integrated piece of software that works worldwide. I also find it more affordable compared to alternatives like Sumsub or Persona, which I think isn't great. Didit offers an excellent user interface and fulfills the requirements we were seeking. It has significantly simplified and accelerated the complex KYC process for us.
