DHTMLX support is very helpful and responsive to bug fixes and feature requests. The scheduler is feature rich and most requirements have been met out of the box. After reviewing many options for a Gantt component, we selected the one from DHTMLX. It is beautifully designed (appearance/UI) which was a key consideration for us, but really it's the full scope of features and capabilities that make it stand out. It has the flexibility for us to make it work exactly the way we need, and it has been a very simple process to integrate it and get it up and running. The time saving when building a calendar from scratch and the ease to modify events, along with the large number of extensions that can be used. In addition, it is very customizable, since it has several themes to choose from depending on your needs. In our concrete case, we have opted for Material Design. Last, but not least, there is a great coherence between all the extensions and the main module in such a way that just by indicating that you want to use an extension, the main module offers you its new options. When you need a full functionality or extension that the Scheduler does not provide by default, you have to do reverse engineering to understand and develop it by yourself. We searched high and low for a suite of components to make our lives much easier in developing our products, We initially had a need for a Gantt Chart and this one really stood out from the rest. I can tell you that after implementing it on 2 large products we are very impressed with the quality of this component as well as their other products. We also implemented the scheduler and a few Suite controls and all have been super easy to use and very powerful. These guys JavaScript skills are second to none. I would also like to compliment them on their level of support. I have yet to have a single question through email or ticket go unanswered and they typically respond within the hour all hours of the day. Wish controls had ability to mass assign like $('.myCalendars').dhtmlXCalendar(); so that we can have all controls use these awesome controls in a global way. This is a minor issue and doesn't deter us from using their controls everywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
