"Now we know if CoPilot is worth it"
5/5
What do you like best about DevDynamics?

Have been using DevDynamics for a while but really like the new co-pilot report you have done. We wanted visibility on if co-pilot investment is worth. We started using Github CoPilot but had no clue if it was working. With DevDynamics we got data on who’s using it, how often, and whether it’s helping. I got to know which teams are leveraging it well and which teams or individuals wither need training on it.

The good thing is to see the velocity and Co-pilot adoption co relation. Great work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DevDynamics' AI Reports was super helpful."

What do you like best about DevDynamics?

The AI Reports feature in DevDynamics has become a part for our team. As someone heading a team of engineers for the first time I wated to ensure that i donot overwhelm them. I value the precise workload distribution and quality metrics it provides. The reports are intelligently designed, offering insights that help us anticipate issues before they escalate. This feature does an excellent job highlighting any drops in quality or velocity, making it much easier to maintain high standards throughout the development cycle. "Great tool for capturing insight from all engineering teams"
4/5
What do you like best about DevDynamics?

As an engineering leader, one of the standout features of DevDynamics for me is the team dashboard. It offers a comprehensive, real-time view of our team's activity, from sprint progress to pull requests and workload distribution. This has been incredibly valuable in helping me manage the day-to-day operations effectively.

One of the insights I particularly appreciate is the ability to see who is contributing the most to pull request reviews. This visibility has allowed us to optimize our code review process and ensure a more balanced distribution of workload across the team.

Another feature that has proven instrumental is the regular email updates to our engineering managers. These updates keep the team aligned and focused, providing insights on open PRs, bugs, and potential bottlenecks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DevDynamics?

I think enhancing the UI will improve user experience and make the insights more intuitive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DevDynamics?

"Dislike" is a strong word, they chose to tightly integrate with Atlassian and other enterprise tools which makes perfect business sense. As a startup on github there were a few things missing, which I am hopeful to see in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Must have tool for engineering leaders!"
5/5
What do you like best about DevDynamics?

One of the standout features is the ability to track key metrics like DORA and cycle time effortlessly. Previously, I spent hours manually gathering data, but now, everything is consolidated in one place. The integration with GitHub and Jira means I can view real-time updates without switching between multiple tools. This has saved us valuable time and allowed us to focus on what really matters—delivering high-quality softwar

I also appreciate how DevDynamics highlights potential burnout risks among team members. This helps me allocate tasks more effectively and maintain a balanced workload for everyone. The insights provided are not just about performance; they also promote a healthier work environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
