"Best tool for Resource Allocation Tracking and Developers wellbeing insights"
What do you like best about DevDynamics?

As the Head of Engineering, I was looking at enhancing the efficiency and well-being of our teams. We recognized early on that despite our teams' constant efforts, our projects were not progressing as quickly as we hoped. To address this, we used DevDynamics, to analyze project data and track team velocity. They gave us insights into the varying progress rates across our projects, enabling us to identify and address the underlying causes of delays effectively.

Simultaneously, we were mindful of the importance of our developers' well-being and job satisfaction. DevDynamics introduced DevEx surveys . These surveys allowed us to be mindful about early signs of burnout and maintain a healthy, positive work culture.

All in all as a leader, this tool gave me an analytical view on how the team is being run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We chose DevDynamics because it helped us keep track of our projects. Its analytics let us monitor important metrics, such as how often we deploy and the quality of our code. As an Engineering leader, it's valuable for me to easily see how my team and our projects are doing. This information points out where we're stuck, helps us understand risks, and ensures our releases meet our standards. It also helps to ensure that teams work better together, making sure we deliver on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for visibility and planning"
What do you like best about DevDynamics?

As an engineering leader, the team dashboard is what I appreciate the most about DevDynamics. It gave me a real-time overview of our team's activities, including sprint progress, pull requests, and workload distribution.

Insights like who is doing the most number of pull request reviews helped us to improve the code review process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DevDynamics?

Nothing as such, however, I do feel that emails can be more customized, if I want to see any specific metric in my weekly update email then I should be able to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
