What I like best is not having to sign a lease to give my team good places to work. We're spread across a few cities, and before Desky that meant either paying for offices sitting half-empty or people working from cafes. Now they just book a coworking space near them when they need one, and it all runs through one account.

The single-contract, pay-per-use setup is the real draw. I'm not managing separate agreements with a dozen different coworking operators. It's one relationship, one invoice, and I only pay for what actually gets used. That alone cut roughly 30% off what we were spending on dead office space.

Booking itself is quick. Finding a space and reserving it takes a couple of minutes, and the network is broad enough that people usually find something close by rather than settling for whatever's left. It's saved us in Buenos Aires and Mexico City especially, where we don't have a permanent office.

Consolidated billing is the quiet win for me on the admin side. One statement instead of chasing receipts from everyone, which makes month-end way less painful.

Support was responsive when we onboarded. Someone actually walked us through setup and answered questions within the day rather than leaving us in a ticket queue.

I like that I can visit and switch Coworking spaces whenever I want, without the need to acquire a membership at each one. I enjoy being able to choose a nearby Coworking space depending on the area where I am, which gives me the flexibility of where I want to work.
