The process to clean data is very good. With templates and various ways to configure is really good. We have created a standard template and can easily update to adjust for different requirements. Data also is provided in a clean and tidy manor with Movers combined into a single set of addresses which makes updating the original data very quick and easy. Cleansing is also very quick, various depending on the quantity but I usually have the report in a few minutes when running 5k records for example Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our company had been struggling with what to do with old data for quite some time. I recently found and set up Data8’s email validation solution for Microsoft Dynamics, and the process was fairly straightforward. The support documentation was clear and made it easy to ensure everything was configured correctly.

The bulk job feature worked exceptionally well, enabling me to quickly remove a large amount of outdated and invalid data, which saved both time and resources.

In addition to its strong performance, I appreciate the overall design and the seamless integration of the solution. Its native operation within Microsoft Dynamics is a major advantage, as I don’t have to log into a separate website—everything I need is available directly within Dynamics, making it feel as though these tools were part of the platform from the beginning. There truly isn't much to complain about. With fair pricing and smooth integration, it's difficult to point out any significant drawbacks. The only thing to keep in mind is that you need to pay close attention to the setup instructions, as there are several components that must be configured correctly for everything to function as expected. We like the ease and speed of using Data 8, their platform is easy to use and their staff are always on hand to guide you through any non standard requirements. I was skeptical at first as to whether the data was really authentic but having used the service for nearly a year now I can happily say the quality of the checking and cleansing has been excellent. The simplicity of the user experience for their solutions is excellent and very easy to use. Little training is needed for users with little to no experience to use the projects and don't even realise the customisations in the background that provide their experience. It works exactly as expected it to be.

The responses from both Simon and this Tech Support team on many different queries from installation, set-up, customisations and issues (mostly user error!) has been exceptional and their service was above expectations and compared to other companies they have been very professional and accommodating.

We are using 3 of their Solutions / Products: Duplicare, Email Validation and Predictive Address in our CRM. We intend to look at a later date if any of their other products would help improve data quality and user experience and their pricing is very competitive. The only improvement I can give would be the Installation and Set up guides could perhaps show a few more details as it assums the System Administrator is familiar with the product and location of the requirements would make this easier and more independant to set up without needing to ask for help from their Support Team.
