1. User-friendly - even your old school colleagues can easily figure out how to use it

3. Creativity - the input fields allow you to be creative with how you create templates and it's great how you can create tags for photos

4. Identification and traceability - Easy to search, group and track tags / input fields / GPS location for photographs

5. Fast - the download and upload speeds are fast, especially if you need to download a whole bunch of high quality photos

Some improvements could be made:

1. Linking various templates would be very helpful (although I hear this is in the works)

2. Being able to PDF the information provided in the Analytics tool so any graphs produced in Dashpivot can be included in the monthly reports Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing major. Small updates are desired, however Sitemate has acknowledged these and are constantly working to upgrade their product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This app allows you to user define your workflows with ease. So far we have set up a Daily Log, Site Induction and Weekly meeting minutes with ease. I have not been able to fault Dashpivot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All my team site diaries and photographs are captured in one place. This makes it easy to track back through records and pull out information which can be used to help with commercial, quality & safety issues.

Firstly I dislike the fact that I didn't come up with the idea for this product.

On a more serious note, I dislike the fact that photos have to be tagged individually. It is pretty time consuming so often gets left out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- If you accidentally delete a form it is gone for good.

Draft Feature, ability to communicate with team members by uploading project images. This is something that we found difficult previously with many sites around the state - now with Dashpivot it is super easy.

Not being able to upload PDF documents as templates. We have a number of health and safety documents and site plans that do not require a template to be made, however still need to be accessed by our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- very easy to copy templates over to a new job and make them site specific (especially when there are different requirements/specifications).

- much more management than hard copy reports, templates + general record keeping for the project

- in the induction template it would be so much easier if you could filter by name and company, I've mentioned this before so I'm not sure if it has been looked at already or not but when you are trying to find someone having that filter is much easier. Filtering by who created the document doesn't really help for this template as I was the one inducting most people on site for the Epping Town Centre project. DashPivot is really easy to use and completely eliminates the need for tonnes of paper. Forms are so simple to create and you can share important information with numerous team members at different locations with they're web based portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would love to be able to download the completed forms and check sheets using a "drag and drop" function from the web portal straight on to my computer, rather than the sometimes tedious download into zip system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simple to setup and build templates to employ and improve productivity, after starting the free trial period I was able to successfully build 2 templates without support to test and prove how much time it would save in real time construction. Got sign off from management with in the first week, by demonstrating how useful the mobile app and was in the field and how much time and money it would save. i use Dashpivot on a daily basis constantly through the day, for site dairy entries, pre starts, permits, purchase orders, photos and many other applications. what i like the best is that all this is available from my mobile phone or tablet, and i am not restricted to using a lap top. more importantly for me is that if i have any issues or just need advice, the Dashpivot team respond within minutes of my request.
