What do you like best about Curate?

I love working with Curate because it has really boosted our customer experience. The client portal is definitely a standout feature, allowing us to send clients a one-time link that updates in near real-time. The UI on the back end is easy for our staff to use and navigate, which is a great part of our workflow. I also really appreciate that Curate is constantly making updates and improvements. It solves the issue of having a single source of truth for our clients and integrates with other important tools like QuickBooks for financing and Gally for recipe management. What do you like best about Curate?

I like that Curate is our main system for keeping weddings and events organized. I appreciate how it manages our inventory, CRM, floral ordering, materials, payments, and contracts while providing a portal for clients to stay informed. I find it really helpful to have all the necessary information in one spot so our team can see the progress on each event. I love that from the first client inquiry through to the execution of the wedding day, we can track each step. The ability to have contracts, payments, timelines, and visuals all in one place is great. Being able to factor in labor costs and markups into pricing is also very useful. Our clients love the smooth process from inquiry to booking, and the reminders for payments and final meetings help a lot, too. What do you dislike about Curate?

I find compatibility with iOS a bit problematic. If we're using Safari, the program struggles to keep up. Often it's slow to load or open the various parts of the proposal within the portal. This doesn't happen when I'm using Chrome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Curate?

I find Curate to be a huge time saver as it streamlines the process of proposal creation. I love how it easily creates beautiful proposals that are impressive to potential customers. I also appreciate the ability to save previous recipes and components, so if I have already created a proposal with a similar design or flower collection, I can easily reuse the recipes without having to recreate them. The system is very user friendly, which made the setup process easier despite taking a little bit of time to learn. What do you dislike about Curate?

The recent software update has created a few minor hiccups in the automations, but they are responsive and quick to provide a workaround until they can create the permanent fix. What do you like best about Curate?

I really love the customer service in Curate. They're on top of it all the time for any questions. Everything is all in one and right there for me to use. What do you dislike about Curate?

I find that with the new version of Curate, there are more tabs to open to fix something, which makes it less accessible compared to the classic version. Everything used to be more at your fingertips. Now, I have to make an extra click in an extra folder to adjust everything, which takes a little more time overall. For someone new to technology, navigating Curate could be difficult because of the many drop boxes and avenues in each feature, making it overwhelming despite the helpful one-on-one onboarding process. What do you like best about Curate?

I like that customer service is always listening to the input of its users and updating or adding tools to meet those needs. The ability to share a link to the proposed contract and the client's designs, colors, and even dedicate a page to them is great. Sending the link directly and the ability to pay directly from that link has been very helpful. Also, the initial setup was very easy; I had no issue setting it up.
