"Effortless Webinars and Live Events with Intuitive, Built-In Engagement Tools"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Crowdcast?

What I like best about Crowdcast is how easy it is to host webinars, live streams, and online events without requiring a complicated setup. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it simple for both hosts and attendees to join and participate. I also like the built in engagement features such as live chat, Q&A, polls, and audience interaction tools, which help make events more engaging and interactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdcast?

One thing I dislike about Crowdcast is that occasional connectivity or streaming quality issues can occur depending on internet conditions. Some advanced customization options are also limited compared to larger enterprise event platforms. Additionally, the pricing may be a consideration for smaller teams or individuals who host events infrequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Health Education Webinars Feel More Interactive and Better Managed"
5/5
What do you like best about Crowdcast?

it helps me manage online webinars and live health education sessions in a simple and organized way. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media, so I regularly use it for nutrition awareness webinars, healthy lifestyle discussions, and wellness education sessions. Setting up a webinar feels easy. Creating event pages, adding cover images, scheduling sessions, sharing registration links, and managing attendees does not feel complicated during regular work. I also like that registrations, webinar links, recordings, and replay access stay connected in one place, which makes webinar management easier for me.

For my work, features like live chat, Q&A, polls, screen sharing, webinar recordings, and attendee management are very useful. While explaining diet charts, nutrition routines, wellness guidance, and educational slides during live sessions, audience interaction feels smooth and properly manageable. I also use replay recordings later for people who miss the live webinar session.

Another good thing is that people can join directly from browser without downloading extra software, so it becomes easier for patients, students, and normal attendees to attend sessions. Video, audio, screen sharing, and webinar controls have also worked properly for me during regular use. Overall, Crowdcast helps me keep online webinars, audience communication, registrations, recordings, and educational sessions more organized during daily work. It fits naturally into my regular workflow for health education content, wellness awareness sessions, and live online discussions, while helping online sessions feel more interactive and easier to manage. What do you dislike about Crowdcast?

Replay and recorded session access is very useful, but I sometimes feel the replay page could look a little more customizable for educational and wellness related sessions. Also The platform feels clean and easy overall, but during back to back webinars I sometimes wish a few event management actions could be done with fewer clicks. "Centralized Live Workshops with GDPR Compliance"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Crowdcast?

The split recording and segmented comment feature is my top pick. I can attach stakeholder feedback straight to specific logo drafts and UI layouts during streams, and chat archives separate cleanly from session footage. This makes sorting compliance documentation far easier for our German retail and tech clients. Custom event landing pages match each brand’s identity without extra design work, instant polls speed up design voting mid-workshop, and tiered viewer permissions keep confidential creative assets locked to approved contacts to follow GDPR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdcast?

There is no native German language interface, and the platform does not offer EU-localized data storage. I have to manually download every recording and transfer files to our agency Nextcloud to satisfy German data retention obligations. Built-in storage limits stop me from uploading full-resolution brand visuals for live sharing, plus there’s no direct Figma embed function, so I’m forced to export mockups ahead of each stream. "Robust for Data Compliance, Needs Better Integration"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Crowdcast?

What stands out most is its comprehensive privacy controls, which fit GDPR and German education data regulations perfectly. Interactive Q&A and polls keep our online sessions lively for staff and parents alike. The platform is intuitive to use, and recorded sessions work great for team members who miss live events. Setup was also a breeze, and our staff got comfortable with it right away with no formal training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdcast?

The platform’s custom reporting for attendees is quite basic, which adds extra work during compliance audits. There are no native integrations with our internal admin systems, so we have to manually import all participant data repeatedly. We also hope to see more flexible permission settings tailored for different user roles in an educational environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Privacy Controls, Needs Better Integration"
3/5
What do you like best about Crowdcast?

What stands out most is its comprehensive permission management and privacy safeguards, which fit perfectly with GDPR and Germany’s Psychotherapists Act. We can precisely regulate who joins each session and tailor access rights for different team members. The live streams run reliably, and interactive functions work smoothly for our internal training and group workshops. All recorded content is kept within the platform securely, with strict restrictions on downloading or external sharing. This protects confidential clinical data at every step and makes our compliance audits far more straightforward for our mental health practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdcast?

There are no pre-built session templates tailored for mental health training or clinical workshops, so we have to build each event structure from scratch. The native reporting tools are quite simplistic, requiring extra work to compile detailed audit records mandated by PsychThG and GDPR. On top of that, it cannot connect directly to our electronic clinical records platform. Our staff has to manually match session data with patient and team notes, which adds plenty of repetitive manual work to daily routines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Marketing Events with Engaging Live Features"
4/5
What do you like best about Crowdcast?

What I like most about Crowdcast is that it’s perfectly built for professional marketing live events, much more suitable for our daily work than regular video meeting software. It’s super easy to get started and runs really stably. I can quickly finish event setup, adjust guest permissions and arrange live schedules without needing any complicated technical skills. The audio and video quality stays smooth even for long live streams. I also really enjoy its handy interactive features including live comments, Q&A sessions and real-time polls. These tools help us communicate well with online viewers and collect useful feedback easily. It automatically records all live content in clear quality, so we can reuse the videos for promotion and internal training later. Besides, it provides clear event data for us to check attendance and overall performance. The neat and formal live interface also leaves a great professional impression on our clients and business partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdcast?

There are a few aspects that could be improved. To start with, it does not offer enough custom branding choices. As a marketing team, we hope to add our company logos, custom banners and brand exclusive backgrounds easily, but the current options are too limited to match our brand style fully. Also, screen sharing is not always steady enough. When we share high-definition design files and marketing plans, the picture may turn blurry or lag occasionally, which affects clients’ viewing experience. In addition, it lacks sufficient multi-language support, which is inconvenient when we hold events for audiences from different European regions. What’s more, the built-in marketing functions are still quite simple. It would be better if it supported in-event sign-up forms, direct material downloads and simple promotional tools, so we can finish lead collection and content distribution right inside the live room more efficiently. "Simple, Seamless Live Webinars with Built-In Engagement and Easy Browser Access"
4/5
What do you like best about Crowdcast?

The best thing about this platform is that it makes hosting live webinars and events feel very simple and seamless. Their browser-based setup allows attendees to join easily and very quickly without any downloads, which significantly helps us in improving the attendance rates. The other best thing which really stands out is their built-in engagement layer, like Q&A tools, polls and replay features are very useful and don't need any extra tools, it's very clearly designed with creators and also community-driven events. Their integration ecosystem is also very extensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdcast?

Though this platform is very good for webinars and live sessions, it's not that strong for traditional team meetings or even for internal collaboration. Their customisation options for branding and event pages could have been more flexible. And also the larger high production events, some controls are very limited when compared with the enterprise level steaming tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful, Simple Video Conferencing with Great Screen Sharing and Recording"
5/5
What do you like best about Crowdcast?

The primary functionalities that Crowdcast offers for video conferencing are extremely powerful. Screen sharing and recording are extremely helpful for our company, allowing us to immediately share information and create additional training videos. The application’s simplicity makes learning its functionalities easy, and there are additional security options available that make me feel safe when using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdcast?

The reports section is included in the app but lacks in terms of depth, as well as not providing enough data to conduct detailed analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Setup, Boosts Engagement"
5/5
What do you like best about Crowdcast?

I love how easy it is to set up everything and go live with Crowdcast without dealing with any technical issues. The fact that everything runs in the browser makes it accessible. I particularly enjoy the interactive features like chat and Q&A, which help me keep my audience engaged during real-time interactions. These features let me address questions and objections in real time, helping me build trust with my audience. The initial setup was really straightforward, and I was able to create my first event and go live quickly since everything is intuitive, making the process very smooth. Crowdcast is practical and beginner-friendly, which suits me perfectly as I work on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdcast?

Overall it works pretty well, but to be entirely honest the customization options could still be improved a bit, in particular when it comes to branding and designing event pages, since it would really be great to have more flexibility there. For example, I would like to have more control over layout, fonts, and color schemes, since this would be really useful for even better matching my brand identity. Besides, it would also be great to customize the registration page structure and add more sections like testimonials, FAQs, or countdown timers so as to make the page more conversion-focused. "Effortlessly Engaging Webinars with Crowdcast"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Crowdcast?

I use Crowdcast to host and attend live webinars, online events, and interactive sessions. It helps me engage with audiences through chat, Q&A, and live streaming in a simple and reliable way. Crowdcast solves the challenge of hosting engaging and interactive online events without needing multiple tools, combining live streaming, audience interaction (chat, Q&A, polls), and event management in one place. I like how easy it is to set up and run interactive webinars, with streaming, chat, Q&A, and audience engagement all in one place, making events smooth and efficient. The Q&A and poll features are vital because they turn a passive broadcast into a two-way conversation, and chat keeps the energy high. Everything happening on one screen without lag creates a professional and intimate experience for attendees. Switching to Crowdcast from another product simplified things as it handles registration, live streaming, and replay on one URL, allowing the audience to join without downloading apps or managing links. The onboarding is streamlined, making it easy and fast, essentially a plug-and-play experience for webinars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdcast?

One area for improvement is browser compatibility. While it works great on Chrome and Firefox, some attendees struggle if they are on older browsers or specific mobile setups. It would be great to see more consistent performance across all browsers so I don't have to troubleshoot for my audience as often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
