What do you like best about Coretek - CSP?

The proactive advisory approach stands out most. Rather than just being a reseller, Coretek actively helps us think through our Azure roadmap and licensing strategy, flagging cost-saving opportunities and best practices before we have to ask. What do you dislike about Coretek - CSP?

Honestly, we haven't had any issues working with Coretek. As our Azure footprint grows, we'd just like to see continued proactive engagement around newer Azure services and upcoming licensing changes — but that's more of a "keep it up" note than a complaint. What do you like best about Coretek - CSP?

Their responsiveness stands out the most. When I reach out, I get clear direction quickly, and that removes a lot of stress from my day. I also appreciate their cloud expertise because it takes a huge amount of technical weight off my plate. The environment feels more stable and predictable, which ties directly to their focus on service reliability. Overall, the best part is the sense of trust.
