"Seamless TE Recruit Integration and AI Notes That Elevate Every Interview"
5/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

CoRecruit has become an essential part of my recruiting workflow, and it pairs perfectly with my Applicant Tracking System, TE Recruit. The integration is seamless, so I spend less time managing tools and more time connecting with candidates.

What really sets CoRecruit apart is its AI-powered note-taking. After every interview, it delivers a polished, ready-to-present summary of the candidates' responses, clear, professional, and organized in a way I can hand off immediately. It captures the details I need without the manual effort I used to dread, although it does allow me to edit the report if I feel it necessary.

The value doesn't stop at hiring. I also rely on CoRecruit for inbound client meetings and marketing calls, providing accurate records and actionable insights from every conversation that matters.

And the support team? Simply the best of the best. Whenever I have a question, they respond almost instantly. That kind of responsiveness gives me real confidence in the product and the people behind it.

If you're looking for a smart, reliable tool that elevates both recruiting and client engagement, CoRecruit delivers on every front. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CoRecruit Is a Game-Changer for Hands-Free Interviews and ATS Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

CoRecruit has been a real game changer for me when it comes to interviews and job order intakes. It lets me stay hands-free while still capturing all the important details. It also connects seamlessly with my ATS, which has eliminated a lot of the manual steps and upfront work I used to have to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

The only thing I dislike about CoRecruit is that I can’t integrate a phone call from my cell phone directly into CoRecruit. As a result, I always have to open the app and dial out from within CoRecruit for the call to be captured and integrated with the tool. If there were a way to bring an existing phone call on my network into CoRecruit while the call is already in progress, it would be a perfect tool—though I realize I’m probably nitpicking. "Seamless Aircall Integration and Smart Meeting Notes That Save Time"
5/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

It intelligently takes notes for meetings and calls and you can prompt a variety of different summaries to help share details of the meeting with candidates and clients. It's seamless in how in integrates with Aircall and has massively improved the level of data that I'm able to capture in a short space of time and helps free up my time to have detailed conversations with people. I found Ali who trained us on the system was calm and friendly with explaining how to make the system work across colleagues with a variety of experience of using similar systems. I've found no performance issues so far, everything has worked like clockwork. Thank you! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

Nothing specific, the volume of emails was a bit much at first, but I've filtered them to a different folder, which has been helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The smartest notetaker I’ve used — game-changer for meetings"
5/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

CoRecruit (formerly Quil) has been a game-changer for my recruiting workflow. As a recruiter, my time is spent juggling sourcing, outreach, candidate engagement, and managing multiple priorities — the AI assistant has helped streamline many of those tasks and save a significant amount of time.

What I appreciate most is how it enhances productivity without replacing the human side of recruiting. It helps me work more efficiently, stay organized, and focus more energy on building relationships with candidates and clients.

The platform is intuitive, innovative, and built with recruiters in mind. I’ve seen a real improvement in my day-to-day efficiency and would highly recommend CoRecruit to recruiters and teams looking to leverage AI to improve their hiring process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

The only minor downside is that customization options for formatting output could be expanded a bit — for example, choosing between different summary styles or exporting into different formats natively (like Google Docs vs. PDF). But that’s being nitpicky — overall, it’s incredibly useful as is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceeded Expectations"
5/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

The AI note-taking has transformed our recruitment process by reducing administration and improving ATS data quality. We also value being able to keep our existing work mobile numbers while using AI call recording and VoIP. The customisable prompts, templates, workflows and automatic follow-up material have made the platform fit our processes perfectly, and the support team has been exceptional throughout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

There are still some features we'd like to see developed further, but the pace of product improvements and the responsiveness of the support team have been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Faster Executive Search with Seamless CoRecruit Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

The ability to fully integrate and embed CoRecruit into our executive search process has allowed our speed to increase not just at the front end, but throughout the project. The support we have received during the onboarding process has meant we have been able to tailor the platform to our needs more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

There is nothing that has been flagged as a negative feature outright, but the complexity/depth of features within the platform means that full integration across the team will take some time to achieve, especially when used in conjunction wit our CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use, Efficient Support, and Big Time Savings with AI Transcript Search"
5/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

Easy to operate, support team has been great they are super efficient. If and when needing to do a quick search through the transcript this can be easily done through the AI intelligence function as well as in the same way that you can create notes make more concise directly in platform. This is saving me anywhere between 8 - 10 hours a week on admin, speeding up overall performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

A couple areas that would help, if the searched details in the intelligence portion stayed in place but this reset once you come out, and if the calls could be collated for each individual in one place so that when you create notes it pulls all info from all transcripts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Note-Taking and Seamless Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I like that CoRecruit (formerly Quil) is integrated with what I use for RingCentral. It's very easy to just automatically go on my phone for RingCentral and then also be able to go on a Zoom meeting, Teams meeting, whatnot. So I like the integratability with it all. It's very helpful with being able to not have to write down notes myself and being able to get a summary of the call. 90% of the time that's enough. Sometimes I gotta go back in the transcript or even just using their AI feature to surface what information I need from my calls. But, like, it saves me a bunch of time. It works with everything that I would take calls on, whether it's a client call or a candidate screening call, having that all tracked and taken notes of is very valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I think that the integration with other apps could be better. Like, I built my own custom CRM, so I'd like to get more integration with that. I also think that the summary call notes could be better and a little more tailored. Now, I probably just haven't tweaked around with it enough. But that's just what comes top of mind. "Invaluable Tool for Seamless Note-Taking and CRM Sync"
5/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I really like CoRecruit for its brilliant note-taking process that captures all the information and breaks it down into good sections for both clients and candidates. It lets me get a full breakdown with clients on briefings, ensuring I don't miss anything, which helps me create very detailed job descriptions and briefings for prospective candidates. Being able to use the app out and about without being tied to the office or in front of my laptop is a huge plus, allowing me to make calls from anywhere, even the car. The integration of notes with our CRM system, JobAdder, is fantastic, as it massively reduces my admin time by automatically adding notes. The initial setup was great, thanks to an assigned account manager who guided us through integration and setup, making it a brilliant process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

With the app, I've noticed if you have meetings in your calendar because everything's synced, it's difficult to find one of your candidates or client records on the system and sync through to make a phone call unless you end the meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Life saver for note taking and reflection on calls/ personal note taking."
5/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

Its a fast loading process after every call.

Different ways of relaying back calls, such as a transcript, and database notes.

Programme that can be used everyday with next to no issues of gathering information, even understanding calls that sometimes aren't as clear over the phone- sometimes I struggle understanding peoples speech/ language but CoRecruit picks it up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

Next to no issues, the only thing I find an issue sometimes is that the transcript can be totally off and incorrect, making it non reliable. However this issue can be resolved with database notes which are more reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
