Second, I was also able to train my fellow colleagues over a 10 min call, and they didn't even ask any question because they too found it so easy to use, great job in building the UI! **What do you dislike about CopyGenius?** It had limited functionalities. So, instead of having to filter out a generated copy for good or bad sentences so it can fit the word limit, CopyGenius can do that for you! I haven't had any contact with customer support as there wasn't a need really(KUTOS FOR THAT), but I head that people are very happy with it. **What do you dislike about CopyGenius?** Not really a downside, but what I dislike is too many options when it comes to generating the text. I use it for six options, some for social media and some for e-commerce.
