"Effortless Automation for Salesforce"
5/5
What do you like best about Copado Robotic Testing?

I find Copado Robotic Testing to be simple and easy to learn, which makes the framework design much easier to handle. I love automating regression and new feature business flows for Salesforce applications with it. The use of common keywords and variables where needed and the data-driven model make it simpler to work with many products using reusable code. The recording feature and Qword also make automation faster and it's easy to learn for beginners. The initial setup was simple and easy, and I appreciate how Copado Robotic Testing makes things straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Copado Robotic Testing: Stable, Hands-Off Validation That Reduces Manual Testing Effort"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Copado Robotic Testing?

Copado Robotic Testing solves dependency on manual testing. In projects where multiple changes are happening, it becomes difficult to validate everything before release, because even a small change can impact multiple areas. In my role, especially when working on data cloud flows or other processes, there are usually a lot of moving parts.

With robotic testing I don't have to worry about these things. It takes away the repetitive part of testing and just kind of runs in the background, making sure that all key scenarios are validated. So none has to sit click through flows, test forms, scenarios again and again.

Overall it makes process more stable, less dependent on manual effort and reduces that uncertainty during deployments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copado Robotic Testing?

One thing in robotic testing that it still needs maintenance. Like if there are small UI changes even something minor label or layout update, some tests can break, then you have to go back and fix them not a huge issue, but it does take a bit of effort.

Also in the beginning setting up meaningful test coverage takes time. You can't just rely on it instantly. You need to invest some effort upfront to make sure the right scenarios are being tested. So it's not completely set and forget but once setup, it definitely pays off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Copado Robotic Testing: Low-Code Automation That Boosts Salesforce Testing Efficiency"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Copado Robotic Testing?

What I like best about Copado Robotic Testing is its low-code approach to test automation. It makes testing easier and saves time, and it’s also simple to create and manage test cases even without deep technical knowledge. I also appreciate that it supports end-to-end testing across different layers, such as UI, API, and regression testing, which helps reduce manual effort and improve productivity. Overall, it saves a lot of time, reduces errors, and makes the testing process more reliable and efficient, especially for Salesforce-based projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copado Robotic Testing?

One thing I’ve noticed about Copado Robotic Testing is that it comes with a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially for users who are new to Copado, automation, or testing tools in general. While the low-code approach is very helpful for me, it can still take some time initially to understand how to properly structure test cases and workflows. However, once you become familiar with the Copado platform, it gets much easier to manage and offers solid capabilities for test automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Self-Healing, AI-Powered Salesforce Testing That Doesn’t Break with UI Changes"
5/5
What do you like best about Copado Robotic Testing?

actually understands Salesforce UI, meaning your tests don't instantly break every time a page layout or backend element changes. Instead of messing around with fragile, hidden code like XPaths, it lets you write tests using simple, everyday language and AI assistance. On top of that, it has a built-in "self-healing" feature that automatically updates your test scripts when the app updates, saving you from the endless, frustrating cycle of constantly fixing broken tests before every deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copado Robotic Testing?

It can have a steeper learning curve for teams that aren’t well versed in its specific BDD-style syntax, and you may also run into occasional test flakiness in highly customized Salesforce environments. In addition, the pricing model can become restrictive for organizations running massive, high-frequency regression suites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Automation with Scalability Challenges"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Copado Robotic Testing?

I like that Copado Robotic Testing represents quality control within the projects where I have implemented it. Additionally, I value the significant saving of time and effort when performing automated tests, as automation standardizes the tests that review the code, avoiding the monotony of manual and superficial tests. I also appreciate how the test recorder greatly helps Copado Robotic Testing in creating the script, although it sometimes requires manual debugging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copado Robotic Testing?

When the test suites are very large, Copado Robotic Testing takes a long time to complete them, delaying developments and deployments. Additionally, the maintainability or updating of the tests becomes tedious, because as new functionalities are added, the tests must be updated recurrently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Copado made testing so easy with its convenient qwords, recording and live testing functionality. Bug analysis is super easy with the failed recorded test video"
5/5
What do you like best about Copado Robotic Testing?

Copado is not only helpful for UI testing it's a great tool even for backend data testing. It very easy to push all the changes to git and then run the whole CRT script in integrated way. Updating scripts with new software requirement is just so easy and useful. Its best suited for sanity and regression testing where the same CRT script can be used for multiple times across multiple environments and it saves a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copado Robotic Testing?

Many Qwords copado suddenly deprecate which causes the script to fail suddenly. so, it would be very helpful if they post all the new changes in their community upfront so that user can get the latest update easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Salesforce Automation made ease with CRT"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Copado Robotic Testing?

No-Code/Low-Code Automation --> Copado Robotic Testing stands out for its intuitive, no-code and low-code test automation capabilities. Test cases can be created, maintained, and executed without in-depth technical knowledge, allowing both technical and business users to participate actively in quality assurance processes.

Intelligent Test Maintenance --> Features like self-healing tests and visual test editing help reduce the maintenance burden. CRT can automatically update test steps if UI elements change, making it easier to sustain robust automated suites as applications evolve

Reusability and Modularization --> Test components, flows, and assets in CRT are reusable, allowing teams to build complex tests efficiently by assembling existing pieces. This reduces duplication of effort and simplifies scaling test coverage.

Collaboration and Reporting --> CRT offers collaborative features such as shared test assets, central repositories, and real-time reporting dashboards. These enhance visibility for stakeholders, streamline reviews, and enable teams to quickly identify failures and trends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copado Robotic Testing?

Maintenance for Dynamically Changing UIs -->CRT offers self-healing tests, but in practice, tests can still break with frequent changes to application UIs—especially for highly dynamic or heavily customized web applications. Persistent maintenance may be required for elements that change often, reducing the benefit of “set and forget” automation.

"Fast, Scalable No-Code Testing—But Slowness and UI Element Detection Need Work"
3/5
What do you like best about Copado Robotic Testing?

I appreciate how CRT makes automated testing simple, fast, and scalable. Its no-code approach allows both technical and non-technical users to build reliable test cases quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copado Robotic Testing?

While the platform is powerful, it can feel slow at times, especially during test execution and loading of test steps. Another challenge is that the tool occasionally fails to interact with the correct UI elements-sometimes it doesn't click the intended component or struggles to identify dynamic elements.
