I find the interface extremely simple and intuitive. It is easy to view changed metadata and build a changeset since you can filter by metadata type, status (changed, same, new, etc.). When you are building your deployment, you can check the item to add instead of changesets in Salesforce where the page has to reload after you add metadata items. You can export and import deployment manifests or clone directly within Copado Essentials. Connecting multiple orgs is also extremely straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Certain metadata does not show up as changed, even though they have been updated such as Quick Actions. If you update the layout or the fields in a quick action, the diff checker does not pick up that there was a change so you still have to hunt that down or keep a separate log elsewhere. When preparing change sets, you can compare your source to your target, and pick only the things that are different. It's also very easy to list the test classes that you want to run with your deployment, so you don't have to run everything. Then you can validate the Change Set and park it until you're ready to move it to Prod.

Profiles can't be diffed, and are not handled in a way that is particularly useful to me. I typically end up not deploying Profiles because of this deficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
